Family friendly villa in a quiet cul-de-sac, shaded seating, close to the beach

This is a modern, well equipped luxury villa which has recently been refurbished to the highest of standards. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic and within a few minutes walk to the bustling main strip of Coral Bay full of shops, tavernas, restaurants, banks, supermarket and of course the famous, sandy, blue flag beaches offering a wealth of water sports and snack bars.

This villa has all the mod cons and offers plenty of space for family and friends to spread out.

There are 3 spacious bedrooms each with private en-suite facilities which includes a twin bedded room on the ground floor with it's own patio doors out to a sitting area making it ideal for anyone with mobility problems.

A further twin and double bedroom upstairs also have their own private balcony with views out over the pool and garden areas.

The villa is fully equipped with fly screens making it an ideal property to catch the sea breezes from the coast by leaving the doors and windows open but keeping out any unwanted flying visitors...... a wonderful option too for sleeping without having to use the air conditioning units which are drying and can offer flu type symptoms when over used.

There is a built in BBQ and several covered shady areas for al fresco dining or just relaxing overlooking the pool with comfortable rattan furniture for those lazy afternoon chit chats, dosing or relaxing with a good book.

The owners recently installed a table tennis table which is permanently under cover offering shade and a gentle breeze.

The pool has recently been renovated with easy access by roman steps, great for sitting on as a quick cool off !

The owner has tried to think of everything to make guests staying in his villa extremely comfortable. This includes the winter months when the villa becomes a winter retreat with an incredibly efficient log burner in the lounge. The soft cosy leather sofas are great for curling up on in front of the 42" flat screen TV that offers English TV / films via an internet connection.

What a beautiful villa!

This villa is ideally located, walking distance to the main strip, yet peaceful. Lovely condition throughout, with the outside dining and lounge furniture ideal for long lazy nights, and the covered car port keeping the car cool, a real bonus in this sun.

Lovely Villa

The Villa is well appointed and comfy. Everything you could ask for. The managers of the villa were exceptional in dealing with a couple of small issues. Would recomend the villa to anyone who loves the heat!

The only downside was a Cypriot one of not being able to flush the used toilet paper down the toilet! But that is common in Cyprus so don't let that put you off!
