Situated on the banks of the River Lune, our beautifully presented ground floor apartment is ideally located for all the amenities that the historic city of Lancaster has to offer, with its abundance of museums, the spectacular castle, priory, catherdral, shops, pubs and restaurants for you to enjoy. Furnished to the highest standard with quality fittings and furnishings throughout. Spacious lounge and dining area with flat screen freeview TV and dvd player. Also included are a selection of dvd's, book and games. There is a fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, washer/drier, dishwasher and microwave. Along with the main bathroom, the spacious master bedroom has an ensuite shower room and comes complete with matching bed linen and contemporary artwork. There is also a small patio area to enjoy the summer sun.. Bedding and towels included along with an ample supply of tea, coffee and sugar.

There is also a secure cycle store on site (spaces on a first come, first serve basis).

The area offers some outstanding walking and cycling routes.

Lancaster was once a thriving port with ships visiting from all over the World. Further information is available from the Maritime Museum which is a 5 minute walk away along St Georges Quay.

Lancaster University, with all its facilities is only a 10 minutes drive from the city centre.

We are ideally situated close to the Lake District National Park, The Trough of Bowland (both Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the seaside town of Morecambe.

Lancaster has excellent road and rail links with the city centre train and bus station only and short walk away.

This is a conveniently situated location for the hospital and university or for those wishing to visit family and friends.

The shops are very convenient and for the fans of real ale, the Three Maniners pub (reportedly the oldest pub in Lancaster) is just a short walk and serves a fine selection of ale and good food.

The area offers some outstanding walking and cycling routes and a secure cycle store is available on the complex.

We are ideally situated close to the Lake District National Park, the Trough of Bowland (both being designated as 'Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty') and Morecambe Bay. Lancaster has excellent rail and rail links with city centre Train and Bus Stations.

Completely satisfied and impressed! Great stay.

This apartment provides exactly what is listed. I felt welcomed and the place was near immaculate. I was pleasantly surprised to have access to WIFI as it was not expected, while limited was good for checking emails. The grocery store is basically on your doorstep. We were challenged with parking as this is not included. There is nearby pay as you go parking. We walked almost everywhere as the location is ideal for sightseeing and shopping. My family enjoyed our time and I would consider it to be one of the best places I have ever stayed.
