Prefect location for the all year round dog friendly beach. Also just a short drive away from the Wolds area & Dalby Forest. Sleeps 6. Good size town house with 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 double, 2 single beds), entrance hall, open plan living area with plenty of seating, this makes for a great social space. Dining table with 6 chairs. Highchair available. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need. Large fridge freezer/washer, breakfast bar. Door leading to sunny outside area with BBQ and outdoor seating. On street parking is available with car parking pass provided free of charge. There is SKY TV, DVD, Music player with AUX input and WIFI available throughout the house. There is an entertainment cupboard with books, CDs and games.
The house is 2 minutes from Peasholm Park and 8 minutes from North Bay Beach. It's also only a 15 minute walk to the brand new water park that has just opened! The cliff tops in this area are a great place to enjoy the magnificent views Scarborough has to offer. The open air theatre is also walking distance. You are 150 yards from shops, eateries & amenities. The town centre, including the railway station, is only a 15 minute walk away, where you have access to bars, restaurants and The Stephen Joseph Theatre. Dogs are welcome.

About the Owner
Scarborough is my home town where I grew up and I have fond memories of the place. This house has passed through 4 generations of the family, so it is more than just a home to me. I have recently decorated the place in nice neutral colours and it is where I stay when I go home to visit family and friends. I moved to Leeds in 2003 to further my career and start other businesses. I am in the health & wellbeing industry and enjoy going home to Scarborough as I can take advantage of the location by going for runs around Peasholm Park and the Marine Drive (in fair weather conditions of course!)

128 Moorland Road is the perfect location to enjoy Scarborough and the surrounding countryside, We are a 10 minute walk from the beach and lovely view of the castle on the north bay. 5 minute walk from Peasholm Park and the Open Air Theater. The Coffee Bean Restaurant and corner shop are just across the Street.
The home has lots of windows and tastefully decorated in neutral colors, everything is spotlessly clean, the three bedrooms have comfortable beds and quite roomy, Kitchen has everything you could need with lots of counter space, The dining room seats six easily and the living room has three loveseats that are really comfy There is a patio out back with a barbeque , table and chairs for four.
Our grown children have spent some time with us and were very impressed with the accommodations , We would recommend these accommodations for groups of six or less.

Lovely house. Perfect place to stay.
We enjoyed every minute of our stay. 2 minutes to the beach and to the park. We visited Robin Hood bay, Whitby, pickering and Staithes. We walked to the south bay on the last day. Perfect views, very relaxing and lots to see and do and then at the end of the day you come back to a lovely accommodation which feels like home from home. Kelly was really helpful with my many queries and questions. Would definitely recommend her home to anyone.
A Seaside Treasure
A lovely property that exceeded expectations and was perfect for our family visit that included two young dogs.
An ideal location with all north bay attractions a short walk away.
The only downside was that we didn't book for longer!
Would we come again........DEFINATELY.
Scarborough house 128 Moorland Road
A clean and comfortable house in an excellent, quiet location for North beach and Peasholm Park. Good food shops available locally within walking distance, also fish and chip shop nearby. Only 25m walk to centre of Scarborough (Grand hotel). Parking arrangements good. Everything provided for your self- catering needs ; a well appointed kitchen with all amenities, including large fridge freezer, and microwave- so it was a home from home, important with a family! Nice to be able to sit outside in the yard, although some weeding and maintenance needed here. Cleaning materials had been left, so it was easy to care for, and pet-friendly too. Would definitely recommend it.
Great location, house nice and clean and makes a great base. Not really suitable for young children, ideal for older children.
Comfortable house in great location
The house was very comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a perfect holiday, in a great location. The owner was friendly and extremely helpful. We would not hesitate in staying here again.
Lovely house in a great location
We had a wonderful stay in Scarborough. The house was just as described and a stones throw from both Peasholm Park and the beautiful North Bay. On-street parking was never a problem, we always managed to park just outside the house and the owner provided the passes required. Communication with the owner was excellent and we would definitely recommend this property. The watermark cafe on the seafront does great coffee, there is an award winning fish and chip shop at the end of the road and a lovely Turkish restaurant 5 mins walk from the house.
