This spacious, luxury villa comprises three large en-suite double rooms (one of which is situated within the privacy of its own detached cottage); open plan kitchen (with all expected amenities), sitting room and dining area and private terrace with views of the sea and palm lined pool area- perfect for enjoying a G and T as you watch the sun setting over the glistening sea.

Serendipity is situated at number 12 Forest Hills and boasts one of the best locations within the community offering perfect accommodation for couples or families alike.

A family home, this property is warm and inviting yet in imaculate condition with all the modern comforts of home including cable television, high speed Wi Fi, microwave dishwasher, Weber BBQ and fully equipped utility room.

Guests will be looked after by the wonderful housekeeper Patricia and will have access to the palm tree lined shared pool, as well as Royal Westmoreland's club house, flood lit tennis courts and spa (golf can also be arranged at additional cost). Guests will also receive complimentary sunbed passes for the nearby Mullin's beach club where you can enjoy the white sandy beach and crystal clear water before a spot of lunch in the beach front restaurant.

Once owned by my father, Serendipity has been a family home to me and is now owned by my husband and I who currently live and work in London and do not get the opportunity to travel as much as we would like.

Serendipity sits nestled within the idyllic setting of Royal Westmoreland's Forest Hills; a stone's throw from the world famous golf course to which the development is home and just a five minute drive from some of the island's most exquisite white sand beaches. Located within Barbados' prime St. James area, a wealth of surrounding five star restaurants and hotels provide some of the Caribbean's finest dining options whilst the local rum and beach shacks offer true relaxed Bajan charm.
