While it is completely sheltered from any noise and exposure, it is situated within a few minutes drive to the main resort, a town full of life.  From the moment you enter you'll be immediately aware of the overall beauty and care taken to keep this villa in pristine condition.  The ground floor living space is decorated in subtle pallets of creams and warm browns and the mood changing colorful lighting adds to the feeling of sophistication throughout this enchanting property.  From the lounge area the large windows bring in the warm summer light and lead to the terrace with dining and comfy seating areas overlooking the 12 x 6 metre overflow swimming pool.  This is the perfect gathering place to spend some quality time with family and friends whilst dining alfresco from the granite BBQ area. The villa itself is very well proportioned with 5 spacious bedrooms (additional sofa bed in the master bedroom) and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite and  all lead to a glass partitioned veranda from which to absorb the amazing turquoise sea views.  You can even pamper yourself in the massage shower or relax and enjoy a glass of chilled wine in the jacuzzi bath. Villa Theomeli fulfills all expectations regarding a superb interior, offering luxury living at it's best allowing you the perfect holiday experience in a serene atmosphere while at the same time staying close to the action.

100.00 Euros per week of electricity is included in the price and should be more than sufficient for one weeks stay providing air con units are used sensibly.  

Guests have use of a sofa bed which is surcharged at 35.00 Euros per week if used.

Fully equipped kitchen for those who like to self cater. Utensils, crockery and cutlery are also provided. Comfortable modern furnishings in lounge with British TV and unlimited WIFI. The 12 x 6 metres swimming pool is private therefore no life guard is on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. For your alfresco dining there is use of a BBQ accompanied by dining furniture. The pool is cleaned twice per week by a CPO certified technician and is included in the rental price. The property has remote control air conditioning throughout to ensure your stay is comfortable.. Beach towels are not provided so please bring your own. A health and safety pack is provided for your safety.

Excellent location and well equipped

The property is well equipped, great location to shops and local restaurants and night life. The villa exceeded our expectations in terms of space, pool size (albeit very cold), lots of seating areas and excellent tv channels etc. The bedrooms had an unbelievable amount of wardrobe space and lovely terraces on the upper level.

The large sofa was covered with 'throws' which was hiding a number of stains and this was the only aspect that let the villa down. It would be easy enough to have the furniture steam cleaned.

I would note that the villa is completely open on all aides and does not have an entrance or side gates which leaves it particularly open. Something to watch out for if you have infants and I would recommend these are installed to also increase the level of security.

Final small observation, the bedroom on the ground floor could benefit from a ground floor shower to help those not able to easily make the stairs.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for placing this review, I would like to add that it has been a very busy season for this villa and the sofa does get steam cleaned at the beginning of every season and any marks do get cleaned as each booking departs. The property owner is also looking into having gates around the property this was already in the pipeline as it is the first season to being rented out. 100.00 Euros per week of electricity is included in the rental price which should be more than sufficient for you stay providing air con units are used sensibly. 20% deposit is payable upon booking and the balance payment is due 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. 1000.00 Euro damage deposit is requested 5 working days prior to the arrival date. This payment is pre authorised only which means the funds remain in your account as a blocked amount and is unblocked after your departure. Please note the balance payment will incur a small card charge.
The minimum stay is 7 nights.
The property offers a no smoking policy. Smoking is permitted outside the building only. No pets allowed
1 x hand and 1 x bath towel is provided for each guest. Please bring your own beach towels
