Situated on the sea front and only 50 metres to the beach which has soft white sand and is cleaned daily with sunbeds and some water sports available. An attractive promenade, lined with palm trees, follows the coastline around the complex and is a very pleasant walk to both Los Cristianos or Playa de las Americas. This location is wonderful for glorious sunsets and listening to the sea.

Travel:

Only 20 minutes away from the “Reina Sofia” International Airport. Car hire is not required as almost everything is in walking distance and, if not, taxis are easily available in the location and are fairly reasonable.

Perfect..........we keep going back

We have rented this apartment for the last few years simply because of its location, facilities and space.........the owners have given it a complete and impressive makeover since our last visit. The sunsets from the terrace are a real photo opportunity not to be missed.

OUTSTANDING !!

As a family of four we have been to Tenerife over a dozen times in last 10 years and have stayed in Hotels and all Santiago Complexes , this complex is in my mind the best of all and this Apartment ( though more like a Villa ) has one of the most stunning locations with panaramic views of the sea and mountains . Watching the surfers over breakfast or a beer in the evening on this terrace was a highlight for all of us , you just couldnt buy this view , also Apartment is very spacious an immaculate , only one slight drawback was theat ceiling / portable fans are not sufficient to keep cool in the height of summer however once doors are opened up the Temperature is bearable . I will have no hesitation in booking this again as the complex has great pool and facilities and all staff are very friendly , great choice of restaurants / bars nearby , cannot wait to return , family of 4 ( children aged 14 and 10 )

Family Holiday

We were a family of 6 adults, I child and 1 toddler celebrating a family birthday. The apartment was ideal for us. Very spacious and terrace was wonderful, a great safe area for kids to play. Kitchen area/utensils was a bit limited for size of party but wasn't really a problem as we ate out. In a great location. Would definitely return to this apartment.

A location that will be hard to beat!

We stayed at this apartment as two couples, the layout is ideal with separated bedrooms and bathrooms.

The apartment was everything we wished for and more!

The location must be one of the best in Playa de las Americas, 3 minutes walk and you are at the shops, bars and restaurants, yet perfect for a quiet evening on the balcony with no noise from the nightlife which is easily accessible if required.

An ideal location to relax, unwind and enjoy life! We will definitely return in the future.

3 couples stayed at the apartment for 2 weeks. It is a superb apartment with lots of space and even with 6 adults you never felt crowded at all. It really is in a fantastic position with stunning views and the size of the outside area is the icing on the cake. We ate outside on several occasions The apartment is situated in the centre of lovely restaurants bars and terrific shopping. We have stayed st the apartment on 3 occasions and will certainly return .

Spacious apartment, superb location!

The layout of the apartment worked really well for our family group, one bedroom and bathroom one side of the apartment ( for the grandparents) and the other bedrooms and bathroom on the other side.

The apartment was clean and orderly, a little dated but it has recently been refurbished and from the pictures looks very good.

This is a great apartment in a great location which I thoroughly recommend!
