This newly refurbished town house blends the modern with the traditional. It comprises of: three bedrooms with king sized beds, three bathrooms, one living room, one breakfast room and one kitchen decorated in a traditional Spanish style.There are two terraces both with uninterrupted views of the mountains; one of which has a splash pool whilst the other has a sink, fridge and BBQ.This beautiful house is a mere five minutes walk from the Moorish plaza which offers a variety of restaurants, shops and more.The area of Torrox has been recognised as having the best climate in Europe throughout the year.There are many local walking trails in Torrox suitable for all ages and abilities. There are also three bicycles in the house which are available for use.The quaint town is only a ten minute drive from the beach -Torrox costa- where there are bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a market on Monday mornings, as well as markets most evenings along the promenade in summer. You can drive down to the costa or alternatively, it can be reached by regular buses from the town. There is a bus station, which also offers regular buses to Malaga.As well as this, the popular golf courses of Baviera and Anoretta are 25 and 30 minutes by car,and you can also find an excellent family water park in Torre Del Mar. Furthermore, Nerja is 5km from Torrox offering spectacular caves and a Donkey Sanctuary.Torrox is a forty minute drive from Malaga airport, and one hour from the historic city of Granada. The Sierra Nevada mountain range is approx 1 hour by car, where the popular Ski resort is open during the winter months.This holiday home offers a sanctuary of peace, sun and relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, and bedding and towels are provided. There is also a washing machine and a BBQ to use at your leisure.
