El Sur has got a spacious covered terrace, with plants and flowers, from where you can enjoy the views over the Ocean and Trafalgar cape in the horizon. Behind the house, there is a patio with a small source, plants and flowers.

The garden has got a grass area, designed to preserve the original habitat with its tees and native plants.

The house is divided in two floors. On the groundfloor, there is a spacious comfortable living area with chimney, TV, library, enjoying lovely views, and access to the terrace.

Wooden steps lead you to the first floor, where you can find the master bedroom, with romantic views, dressing room, bathroom, and access to the open sun terrace.

For your entertainment, there is an integrated music system troughout, satellite, TV/Radio, CD/DVD in almost all rooms.

The villa enjoys as well a wooden stove, and central heating, ideal for holidays the whole year round.

Sencillamente maravilloso

Deciros que el lugar es maravilloso.

Llevo dos años seguidos pasando mi unica semana de vacaciones en esta villa y deciros que una semana aquí es lo equivalente a 15 días en cualquier lugar.

La casa es super acojedora, maravillosamente decorada, con muchisima luz y cuidadndo todos los detalles. A la cocina no le falta nada y si echaras de menos algo la agencia ( Joke) te lo suministra sobre la marcha. El salon es comodísimo y ves y escuchas el mar como si estuvieras en la playa. EL mobiliario de toda la casa ( sillas, camas, sofás etc está muy cuidado. Las vistas desde practicamente toda la casa son espectaculares en especial desde el dormitoriuo princi`pal y su cuarto de baño.

El jardin está muy cuidado, manteniendo la vegetación autoctona de la zona y en su estanque viven bastantes ranas y al aterdecer las escuchas y pareces que estás en otro sitio.

Desde el porche se ven unas puestas de sol espectaculares, mejor que en ibiza.

Otra ventaja de esta casa es que puedes aparcar el coche dentro de la propiedad.

De la playa de Los Alemanes no puedo decir mas de lo que se sabe... aguas cristalinas, arena fina y cero masificación.

Tambien comentar que la situación de esta villa es perfecta para visitar el Faro Camarinal y acceder a la Playa del cañuelo.

En definitiva, un lugar maravilloso al que nunca me cansaré de ir.
