Schöne Lage

Kleiner öffentlicher Strand mit Dusche gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Verschiedene Biketrails vom Haus aus machbar. Haus: das nötigste Vorhanden, eher älter mit Charme, etwas mehr Unterhalt würde aber nicht schaden. Wunderbare Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Parkplätze für 4 Autos ohne Probleme. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Alassio oder Albenga, je ca. 10 Min mit Auto.

Unseren 2wöchigen Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen. Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene kamen auf ihre Kosten. Der 15 min. Fussmarsch an den Strand, der aus einem öffentlichen (mit Hund oder ohne Hund) und einem Privatstrand mit Liegestuhlvermietung besteht, führt an schönen Gärten vorbei. Die Via Julia Augusta ( der Römerweg) führt direkt am Haus vorbei und verbindet Alassio mit Albenga. Er lädt zum Joggen, Biken oder Spazieren ein und auch zu Fuss nach Albenga z.B. zum Einkaufen ist gut machbar. Das Haus selber ist sehr geräumig, aber leider etwas muffig. Insbesondere in den Küchenschränken schimmelt es teilweise. Schade, da das Haus sonst viel Rückzug bietet und über eine grosse Küche verfügt, die zum Kochen einladen könnte!

Traumhaus in Alassio

Wir haben diesen Familien Urlaub mit 3 Generationen sehr genossen! Das Haus ist traumhaft, tolle Lage mit Blick aufs Meer, sehr großzügig, vollständig und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, wunderschöne Terrasse. Der nächste Sand-Strand Baba Beach ist in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der nächste Supermarkt in Albenga in 20 Min zu Fuß. Francesco hat viele gute Tipps und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat mich sogar am Bahnhof abgeholt! Er schickt auch eine sehr hilfreiche Wegbeschreibung!
