Lovely location close to shops and restaurants, just a couple of minutes in car to port and beach, lovely clean modern apartment, great views overlooking the pool, well equipt including toys for the children. We would definitely rent this property again.
We stayed here in August and had a wonderful holiday! The property is modern, clean and in a fantastic location. The complex is immaculate and very well looked after. The swimming pools (3 of them) are perfect for children with a gradule increase in depth. The property is in an ideal location, close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets and only a 15 minute walk downhill into Puerto Banus and the beach! We loved it and will definitely return! Lovely apartment Shame about the renovations
This is a lovely, clean, spacious apartment. The showers are
great, the beds are comfy, there is plenty room for 6
guests. The complex is also lovely and in a fantastic
location. We had a few issues with the apartment but mainly
that there are extensive renovations across the road, 50
yards from the apartment and also in the apartment directly
above. We were on an extended holiday of 25 days due to
health reasons, this was the worst apartment we could have
chosen. Had the owner had the honesty and integrity to
advise us of the renovations we would NEVER have booked this
apartment. Every morning we were awakened by drilling,
hammering sanding, lorries, tractors, cement mixers and this
went on for the whole day, it was a holiday nightmare. We
tried through the owners own agent and various other rental
agencies in the resort to secure a different apartment to
get away from the noise, we relayed this to the owner. After
3 days of searching we gave up, nothing suitable was
available anywhere as it was high season. So we put up with
it all, it was totally stressful and upsetting that we had
paid a lot of money to be living for 25 days on the edge of
a building site. On our return we requested compensation of
half the rental with explaination why. I also had videoed
the noise every day and tried to send this to the owner, he
complained i had awoken his children with the text messages
sent at 6pm, i did apologies for this. He is totally
unsympathetic to what we endured on our so called holiday
and has never even said sorry for us having this experience.
This has been a long drawn out process through Owners Direct. A few more issues we had -We had to replace lightbulbs, we left some spares, We had to buy bins for personal hygiene for 2 of the
toilets, we left these.There was no kettle, the owner told us to buy one at the shop, we didnt , we had to boil water in a pot, very antiquated, no toaster either.No loungers are supplied only beach chairs,inadequate and unsuitable for a days sunbathing at the pool. We asked the owner if he could supply some loungers, he refused.On our arrival all but 1 wardrobe out of out of all of the bedrooms were locked, we had to request one to be opened.The master bedroom has no wardrobes, so you have to share the other guests space. I would not recommend this apartment as the owner has no clue about customer relations.
Stayed here for a week. Pierre the owner really easy to deal with and promptly sorted out everything for us. Great apartment, three good size bedrooms with three bathrooms. Really nicely and functionally furnished with everything you need with three balconies, all with retractable canopies. You probably need a car (we did) but only few minutes to Puerto Banus and little longer to Marbella. Really would recommend.
This is a beautiful apartment which is well appointed, clean and spacious in the perfect location!
We rented this apartment for a month in February 2016. Communication was very good and Pierre made the booking and other arrangements easy and simple. The apartment has recently been refurbished. It has a modern kitchen with everything you might need. The living area is both spacious and comfortable, the settees and chairs are lovely, large and modern. The beds were very comfortable too. The bedrooms are large with very good light and lovely bed linen. The 3 bathrooms are very convenient when there are a number in the apartment.
It is located a 10 minute walk from the beach and Puerto Banus and is very close to the supermarket, bars and restaurants. You cannot get a better location.
The gardens and pool are perfect for a family holiday.
We will definitely come back.
Lovely modern apartment in beautiful surrondings
Amazing modern apartment in an ideal location for our stay in Sept 2015 - a family group of six adults. Exactly as described and true to the photos, this apartment has all the facilities required and is well equipped with many additional and useful items. The apartment itself is modern, clean and well maintained. It is located in a gated complex which has 3 swimming pools and a friendly community feel. The location is close to (walking distance) restaurants, bars and shops including a supermarket. Puerto Banus Centro with it's many restaurants, bars, shops and beach front is also within easy reach. Pierre was extremely helpful, understanding and communicated very well. We would definitely recommend this apartment for an idyllic family holiday and hope to stay again in the future.
