"Tout était parfait, le quartier trop beau, calme, ça sentait le jasmin au réveil.
La villa est magnifique, la piscine, le barbecue, les chambres...
Je conseille à 100% cette villa et je n'hésiterai pas à relouer avec Daniele"
Great villa, great staff, villa was very clean and tidy on arrival. Swimming pool was excellent for both us adults and kids.
I was apprehensive about booking a villa which did not have any reviews but chose it due to budget and location. Stayed for 10 nights with my daughter, her partner and my youngest grandson who turned three whilst we were there.
First impression was – OK but the bathrooms look rather ‘tired’. We soon came to appreciate the comfort of this holiday home. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of crockery, glasses and saucepans etc – there were also plastic plates and beakers for children. The barbeque was great – though it did take a lot of coal for just the four of us.
I found the beds and pillows to be the most comfy I have ever had on holiday though they were a bit too firm for my daughter – you can never please everyone. The outside shutters were very good at keeping the early sunshine out and also helped keep the bedrooms cool.
The showers turned out to have good water pressure and even temperature but you may need to stagger ‘shower times’ so that you all have hot water.
We were surprised at how cool the villa was – the high ceiling and design was great and we did not need the air con until temperatures went up to mid-thirties at the end of our stay.
We loved the outside area – it is great having the pool behind the villa and it was nice being on a corner and having a little more room than some. The pool was a bit deeper than I expected - steps down to 130’ and soon goes to 180’ so children need to be watched. But it was lovely and clean (as was everywhere) and particularly good after the walk back from the beach.
Location was a ten minute walk to the local supermarket and few bars – we did not use the Titanic but did pop into Viva Menorca a couple of times as my grandson loved the children’s pool with the pirate ship. Cala’n Bosch was another ten minute walk (to the far side of the Marina) and it is all very flat. We did get taxis back with shopping a few times – they worked out at €5 with tip.
The buses to Cuitadella were €1.95 each way (children under 4 free) and it was easy to get buses on from there.
Definitely recommend this villa and Menorca for quiet family holidays – enjoy!
