The apartment is cleaned throroughly before each letting. Duvets, mattress protectors, pillows and bathmats provided. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS. The apartment has a large open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area (with 50" TV). Upstairs (Ground Floor) also has a quiet sitting area suitable for reading away from the TV. There is underfloor heating in the open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area, in addition to the regular heating throughout the apartment.. There is one allocated parking space available. For extra parking there is a Swanage Town Council Pay & Display car park opposite. A weekly permit can be purchased in advance and is transferable to all their long stay car parks in the town (we strongly recommend this option in peak season). Very tastefully done.every thing you needed.but could do with a washing machine as we are walkers.

Swanage has a lot to offer.we have been here a few times and always enjoy it.plenty of walks to do which we like.weather was quite hot which made it even better.the apartment was brill set out lovely loads of room and so near to the seafront,ideal for an evening stroll .all in all 100percent

brilliant holiday

Excellent appartment, very spacious, everything you woulc need, lovely large bedroom with ensuite and walk in wardrobe, large lounge and open planned kitchen, it is based

on two floors so that we could have privacy from my daughter and partner they had their

own bedroom private bathroom and seating area, overhall very pleasent stay would highly recommend

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Very clean and spacious and very light upstairs with a sea view too. We had such a restful time and it was brilliant for our two year old also. Brilliant location and great to have a parking space. Can't recommend it enough! Thank you!

Excellent accomodation

Fantastic and more than we expected, location and facilities were very good, close to the sea and Swanage centre a very short walk away. Very clean and well maintained the master bedroom ensuite tremendous. The owners were extremely helpful as we booked at very short notice. Overall a superb break and would recommend to family and friends, we will certainly book again.

Loved staying in Swanage. This property is perfect for the town and beach. It's just a 2 minute walk to both.

The property was very roomy indeed and the ensuite bathroom was very big.
