Lovely 2 bedroom apartment ideally situated on the Poniente seafront, with sea views. 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, sleeps 6 with aid of a sofa bed more suited to children. The bathroom has recently been fitted with a walk in shower. Modern kitchen. There is aircon in the master bedroom and lounge.

Balcony with sliding windows.

Perfect location for your much needed holiday!

Private parking but not dedicated, but car not required as there is a good bus service. Shops and bars very close, with a 20 minute walk to Old Town.

The apartment has the benefit of English TV .

Exactly as shown in the photos. Owner has thought of everything - very well equipped apartment. Massive enclosed balcony. Bus stops outside the apartments and takes you to either La Cala or into the old town.

Apartment was very good, pool could have done with a clean and needed heating.

Chris and Steve who picked us up from the airport after our flight was delayed by two hours were absolutely brilliant and where on hand if we needed anything.

The booking process was very simple, and again Joan was brilliant with a very quick clear and simple service. After the holiday my accidental damage deposit returned very quicky.

I highly recommend Owners direct, and will be using them again in the future.

Brilliant apartment and location on Poniente beach

To start, dealing with Joan the owner has been a pleasure from the start she is so professional with exceptional communications and with invoicing etc .All my transfers were booked with Joan at time of booking and all went like clockwork ,Chris the lady who picked us up is also the key holder and showed us around the apartment on arrival, she also assured us if there were any problems to contact her and they would be dealt with straight away. We had no issues at all.

The apartment is situated 15m from the poniente beach with lovely views of the sea. On arrival we found the apartment was spotlessly clean, well maintained and very modern inside and also housed everything and more than you would ever need on holiday including very fast Wi- Fi ,the balcony is massive with seating there for you to admire the views. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything and more than you would ever need .The Bedrooms are large and have plenty of storage space ,the double bed that we used was so comfy its as good as home . There is also a safety box in the bedroom for all your valuables.The advertised description of the apartment is very accurate. Pacco the porter also keeps all the lobby, grounds and pool areas spotless and was always on hand if you required anything.

For dinning out there are plenty of bars / restaurants within 50m of the apartment, all the ones we tried were excellent ,I can highly recommend Amigos by Nas and Dino which is 150m along the front towards the old town .The old town which is a 20 minute walk away also has a huge selection of lovely tapas bars and restaurants.

For us this was a brilliant holiday helped by Joan's excellent customer service ,and wonderful apartment . If I was not having 2 x operations in the near future I would have certainly booked for next year straight away. We can 100% very highly recommend Joan the owner and her apartment Principada Marina and will definitely be back very soon.

Would book again in a heartbeat

Spent a wonderfully relaxing 10 days in this apartment.The location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful relaing holiday in a well maintained and modern apartment

Comfy beds wonderful terrace and everything you could possibly need was available

The area allthough quiet had some lovely tapas bars and an easy stroll to old town

The beach opposite was always quiet and the sea gently slopes so very safe for children

I would and will book this apartment in the future

Very nice beach and sea views.

Good sized Apartment. Clean. Welcome pack on arrival. Very nice friendly property manager Chris collected us from the airport and showed us around the Apartment when we arrived with her and she was able to recommend some places to go to and some good restaurants. Overall very good.

Location! Location! Location!

This apartment is in a fantastic location...literally steps away from Poinente beach in the old town. On the complex there is also a good sized pool with separate kids was never really busy during our stay in early Sept so great place to relax.

It is a good 20 mins walk to the marina and about the same to Cala Finestrat in the opposite direction. The bus to the new town stops outside the apartment so getting around is no problem.

Apartment is large, bright and airy with a large terrace area. There is no A/C but we didnt find it a problem as there are ceiling fans in every room which we needed as it was in 30s during our stay.

We booked the private transfer offered and so glad we did. It is great value at 60 euros e/w (taxis cost from 75 euros). Chris was very friendly and informative and showed us round the apartment. This also worked well on checking out as we were able to stay until 3pm as we had a late flight. This cannot be guaranteed however as it is dependant on what time the new guests are arriving.

As it is in the old town you have spanish bars and restaurants 5 mins walk away. We particularly liked the free tapas when you ordered a drink - a glass of cava costing a mere 1.50 euros! We tried a few for food and found them very reasonably priced with friendly staff.

There is a very small supermarket beside the complex but we never used it. There is a larger shop about 15 mins walk away heading towards the marina which stocks everything you will need if you wish to cook or have a drink in the apartment.

If you want the entertainment in New town it is a long walk and there are approx 40 steep steps to get to the church which is en route - views are amazing from here and there is a square with bars and restaurants also - we can recommed El Castell. If it is too hot take the bus outside the apartment for 1.50 euros and get a taxi back if you are staying out late for around 9 euros. Buses stop about 11.30 pm but this is Benidorm and the nightlife doesn't really start until then.

It was lovely to wake up the next morning and look out to the beach and med right on your doorstep!

We had a wonderful holiday and hope to return next year.
