3 Bedroom, Beautifully Decorated Ground Floor Apartment. Secure and Private.

Unique, stylish apartment set in a well maintained garden. Beautiful views of the lake to the right and overlooking the national forest and Las Ramblas golf course. The apartments terrace provides welcome shade and spills straight onto the lawned area with parasols and a beautiful pool. Master bedroom with double bed with en-suite including jet shower and 2 further large twin bedrooms, 1 with PS2 console and games. Separate bathroom. Large lounge/diner with TV and DVD. Plenty of films for adults and children. Air-con throughout if required (extra charge if required). Spacious terrace for outside dining and relaxing within view and easy reach of the pool and views of the golf course and lake. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and microwave and 2 fridges. The canal which can be found to the front of the property runs for miles and is perfect for cycling, walking and running along. Bike hire is available locally. Just a 10 minute walk to many international and Spanish restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. There is also a Belgian bakery where you can buy fresh bread, cakes and pastries. Renouned golf courses such as Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Colinas are all within a few miles drive for those wishing to spend their time on the prestine courses.

Perfect holiday apartment

Apartment was perfect, just as described. The pictures probably don't even do it justice - it has everything you need for a short or long stay. We stayed with 3 young children and it is ideal with the pool just outside the door. Plus wifi, all the TV channels, Air-con, board games etc all available.

The area itself is very nice with local bars and restaurants less than 10 mins walk away but to see anything else a car is recommended.

Thanks Wendy, we'll be back.

Stunning and extremely convenient location, very well equipped and surprisingly spacious added to with instant access to the garden and Pool , We had a great Long weekend, well looked after by Tina and have already recommended it.

Fantastic all round!

I rented this apartment for 3 weeks for myself, my husband and my two children aged 6 and 8. Very last minute my niece (aged 14) came with us and stayed for one week before going to top floor to join her mum who rented that apartment for last two weeks with her other daughter and son. my other sister rented the middle floor with her husband and daughter for 3 weeks also. Her daughter who is an only child slept in with my daughter in the end as they were inseparable and seemed a shame to separate them. So my sister rented the middle apartment and ended up only her and her husband in there and her mother in law for the last week. This for us was ideal as it meant we all had our own space when we needed it but also could holiday together. Understandable this bottom floor was ideal for the kids, it led straight out to the pool. This place was heaven for my kids (and me as my kids were happy, I'm happy!). Pool within a few meters, tv (with English channels!) wifi available for the iPads, board games, cards, colouring. There is a portable music player but we took our own mini Bose speaker and because there was wifi we could play Spotify or radio easily. Views obviously limited compared to upper floors but you can still see the golfers teeing off from one of the tees which was nice in the morning having breakfast on the veranda. Very well decorated throughout. Pictures probably doesn't do this place justice as its amazing. Kids slept really well (black out blinds!), again happy me as they slept in! Pool is communal and we got on really well with the owners next door top apartment who had grandkids which my kids liked playing with in the pool. We have booked for 4 weeks next year in August (booked whilst out there!) and have booked the top floor for two weeks. You do need a car to get about really. If you don't mind a walk then it's only 15 mins to the shops/bars/restaurants. There is a lovely route for runners/bikers along the canal (which I did a few times). Villa Martin is very nice place to visit for food and cocktails, about 20 euros I would say in a taxi. I could not recommend this highly enough, thank you Wendy for allowing us to rent your apartment and we look forward to our trip next year!

Tudemir 1050

We hebben in Juli 2016 dit appartement van Wendy Mason geboekt voor 3 weken om van een ontspannen vakantie te genieten. Het appartement heeft 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en voorzien van alle gemakken die je maar kunt wensen. Ideaal voor ons, want zo hadden onze 2 meiden een eigen slaapkamer, en konden ze met z'n tweeën een eigen badkamer gebruiken. Wendy's appartement ligt het meest gunstig van alle 12 appartementen die Tudemir rijk is. Als je het terras afloopt, sta je binnen 10 stappen bij het gezamenlijke zwembad, dat grenst aan een grasveldje waar je heerlijk beschut onder de palmbomen in de schaduw kunt doorbrengen en overzicht hebt over de prachtige tuin van het complex.

Toen we het appartement gingen boeken waarschuwde Wendy ons voor de haperende WiFi verbinding, echter hebben we hier niets van gemerkt. Gewoon goed bereik tot in de tuin. Wel hadden we een issue met de elektriciteit binnen het gebouw, dit hadden we gemeld bij Tina de sleutel bewaarder, en zij heeft direct stappen ondernomen om dit ongemak uit de wereld te helpen. We hebben Tina zelfs eens om 22:45 uur een berichtje gestuurd met het verzoek of ze de volgende dag kon kijken waarom de airco het niet meer deed, en om 23:00 uur stond ze bij ons voor de deur, ondanks dat we zeiden dat morgen ochtend snel genoeg was. Er was goed contact tussen Tina en Wendy, want de volgende dag kregen we van Wendy uit Engeland het verzoek om op haar kosten een ventilator aan te schaffen tot de monteur was geweest om de airco te repareren.

Je hebt dus niet het gevoel dat je aan je lot bent overgelaten. Het appartement is ruim van opzet, en werkelijk prachtig afgewerkt.

Aan de overkant van het appartement loopt een kanaal, met een weg ernaast. Deze weg is uitermate geschikt voor fietsers en hardlopers. Las Ramblas kent nogal wat heuvels, en als je dat niet gewend bent, kun je op dit pad toch je sport activiteiten blijven beoefenen.

Op 10 minutes lopen naar het centrum van Las Ramblas zit de Mercadonna waar je de dagelijkse boodschappen kunt doen.

Op 10 minuten rijden met de auto, ben je bij het strand van La Zenia, en heb je de La Zenia Boulevard waar je uitgebreid kunt shoppen en er zit een diversiteit aan restaurantjes.

Dichterbij heb je nog Playa Flamenco waar je restaurantjes en barretjes vindt.

In het begin hadden we een kleine aanvaring met de voorzitter van de VVE van het complex maar dat kon de pret niet drukken.

We hebben hier een enorm fijne vakantie gehad.

Just Super!!

Great location near everything but on the edge so still a real get away from it all. Apartment was one of the best we've ever stayed in. The terrace leads straight onto the quiet garden and pool and felt like it was our own private space!!

Kids enjoyed ours of fun in the pool while we chatted in the welcome shade of the terrace.

Will definately book again next year. Thanks.

It's totally unique. A lovely oasis of calm right on the edge of a natural park, stunning golf course and lake. But if you choose, La Fuente is just 10 minutes walk away for you to indulge in good food, live music and drink.

What makes this apartment unique

The unique design of these apartments and the fact that there are only 12 of them and never all occupied at the same times means that you can enjoy all its facilities in peace. As well as a bustling nightlife of the bars and restaurants within easy walking distance whilst still feeling like you are in a quiet retreat. It is within easy reaching distance of many attractions such as quad biking, go carting, large outdoor shopping centres, and the historic cities of Cartagena, Torrevieja, and Murcia. It's also a 5 minute drive to numerous green flag sandy beaches. Around the area there are numerous local street markets and a waterpark.
