We are based in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs Park at Stronachlachar on the edge of Loch Katrine with some spectacular scenery around us.

We have some unique properties just 10/15 yards from the waters edge of Loch Katrine and offer a superb location for large or small family gatherings via a range of property sizes.

The Inversnaid Bunkhouse, 4 miles away, is an excellent place to kick your feet up and have a beer after hiking. It is also a hostel used by walkers.

Aberfoyle, 11 miles away, is the nearest town that has a Co-op supermarket, Tourist Information, Restaurants etc.

Callander is a bigger town at 22 miles away.

We find the big supermarkets (Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury's) deliver to our properties on a regular basis.

Stunning location with beautiful views. The property was well laid out .

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful location and found lots to do in the area - lovely walks and villages but a car is a necessity . We loved the local pier tearooms which opened for evening meals a few nights a week and were treated to a beautiful harpist performing one evening . The property was on the third floor of the building . There were a few simple things missing such as a lid for the bin and a dustpan and some basics such as salt , pepper and oil are always a help especially as there are no local shops . Internet is poor and there is no phone signal - it would have been nice if there were some dvds , games etc to make it feel a little more homely . These are minor things though which I am sure can be fixed easily or you can take your own now you are aware . All in all a lovely place to stay . We visited Stirling Castle and Bannockburn , climbed Ben Lomond and took a trip down Loch Kathrine on the steamer . I'd recommend them all .
