Villa Concha is a large detached and well presented 3 bedroomed villa, accessed through a set of traditional olive wood gates onto a driveway situated in the grounds.

Surrounded by mature hedges and trees the villa is fully shuttered and benefits from WiFi and air conditioning / heating throughout at no extra cost. There is a large heated swimming pool.

The interior is spacious and the living and dining area have a high beamed sloping ceiling with double patio doors which flood the room with light.

The well equipped kitchen is set to one side of this area and the open plan aspect means your party are all together during meal preparation times.

There is an additional door from the kitchen out to a partially covered utility area.

The double master bedroom is brightly furnished with ample storage space and benefits from its own en-suite bathroom with twin washbasins and an over-bath shower.

The two other bedrooms are set out to a double and a twin, and both have large fitted wardrobes along with drawers and full length mirrors.

There is a further fully tiled bathroom with twin washbasins and level access shower.

The spacious outside area has a dining table situated under a covered terrace providing ample shade. There is also plenty of open pace to position the sunbeds and umbrellas to take full advantage of the Mediterranean sunshine.

The trees, hedges and natural rock-face make the terrace area secluded, whilst the built in barbecue makes dining Alfresco a real treat.

Villa Concha is ideally located in the residential area of Cala'n Porter.

A 10 - 15 minute stroll takes you to the heart of this friendly resort with its ample varied pavement cafes and stunning horse-shoe bay with fine golden sands and a glistening welcoming sea with gently sloping shore.

Cala'n Porter really is a great resort for a family holiday and we are sure that Villa Concha will help to make your experience unforgettable.

Villa Concha is owned by Linda and Mark who reside in Cheshire.

Having holidayed for many years in Cala'n Porter with our 2 sons we fell in love with this Villa and hope that our visitors will enjoy all it has to offer as much as we do.

Please check availability before booking flights. Bank payments can be paid securely through owners direct. Deposit: £250 per week to secure your booking. Balance payable 10 weeks prior to departure plus !50 security deposit which is refundable within the week following your return home. We only accept 14 night bookings in high season.

Changeover day is Friday. You will be able to gain entry to the villa on arrival after 4.00 pm and the vacation time is 10.00 am on departure days.
