The property was carefully selected due to it's proximity to all the main touristic attraction in the Costa del Sol area. The development is brand new and very well kept. There is a communal swimming pool as well as children's pool. A fitness centre is just 50 meters away as well as Gold facilities. Just 5 minutes drive and you are on the Benalmadena beach , with bars , restaurants , Marina with exciting nightlife.

On one hand we are located in a quiet and almost serene area , where you can peacefully relax , on the other hand all the attraction are close by with just a few minutes walk or drive.

I ticked not really and this is not strictly correct

The lack of regular non freezing TV channels was a big issue for us. .. may I hasten to add sue and Yael did there very best to correct the issue the quicker fibre optic is in place the better... the balcony too small. Lovely furniture on balcony but I ended up borrowing an alun key from sue n tightened it all up.. no clothes pegs ( we bought them n left them there) we also left a good wok. For use. ..these are constructive criticism issues as far as I am concerned. Because the apartment was spotless when we arrived sue could not have been any more helpful. It is a beautiful apartment in a lovely quiet location ..sun even in February all day on balcony.. even though there is a washing machine I think a linen change( no charge). Should be included at end of first week because bed is a super king( extremely comfortable) and you would change your bed every week at home....we went to a lavanderia to dry duvet cover

tout est dit dans le titre ,

Monsieur SHAI et Sue sont des personne très attentionnées

nous avons passé un mois dans cet appartement loin du bruit du centre ville

il est tout a fait conforme a la description qui est faite sur l'annonce

quoi dire de plus , si possible nous y revenons en 2018
