In Aucanada you find here idyllic tranquillity and relaxation. Two levels house with Garden, BBQ stove, private pool (7mx4m). Internet WI-FI, air-conditioned rooms with cold summer and heating for winter. Three bedroom (one in double bed in suite, one in double bed and other in twin beds). Two bathrooms (one in suite), one washroom in the main floor, modern kitchen with utensils and appliances. A roof relaxing porch. Baby cot and high chair at your service. Renewal of towels and pool cleaning (every 3 days) and bed linen (weekly). About the situation, Aucanada, the one of the most relaxing areas of Alcudia, with Sea views, just a 15-minute walk away to the vibrant port city of Alcudia with all the bars, restaurants and the central beach.

The beaches here in the north of the island can be reached within a few minutes. The Alcanada-GOLF is just 10 minutes walking.

The exposed location of the property provides an ideal station for many attractions and excursions such Cap de Formentor or the caves at Campanet.

Little Piece of Heaven

This house is such a nice place to stay for a relaxing retreat. The area is beautiful and the hosts are as hospitable as they can be. We loved the views so very much. The internet is a decent speed and the villa is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the two restaurants within walking distance: Aucanada 35 and the restaurant in Ona Aucanada. We also ate at La Terraza and had one of the best meals of our entire time there. There's so much to do around the area. We drove to Deià and Valldemossa and enjoyed our day there.

Accurate photos and lovely clean villa

The villa was great and exactly what we expected from the photos. The owners, Tomeu and Maria, were very welcoming and helpful. Great views from the property. About 20 mins walk to the port where there are lots of restaurants but I would recommend a car for trips to the supermarket. Off street parking with automatic gate was very useful and garden gates were lockable to keep the kids in. All in all a great family villa.

Beautiful villa

We have just returned from a week staying in this beautiful villa. It was everything we could have hoped for. Spacious, comfortable a real home from home. The position is amazing , and the view is everything people have said. We all enjoyed the pool even at the end of October and it is immaculately kept. The island is dramatic and very pretty , we barely scratched the surface this time.

We had lovely meals in restaurant 35 , and drinks at la Tereza, as only the restaurant was open in the evening during our stay. A drive to nearby mirador de la Victoria was also a special spot with an amazing position.

Maria and Tomeu are perfect and generous hosts and it has been an absolute privilege to stay in your beautiful elegant home . Thank you so very much
