2 Bedroom Apartment overlooking Brand New Pool and lovely Gardens in Bonanza

For Rent on the Costa del Sol. A Two bedroomed apartment in the bonanza block, newly refurbished and ready to rent.

Situated in the popular and busy Bonanza Square area of Benalmadena. A short walk to the famous 24hr square. The Beach and Marina are 10 minutes walk. Paloma Park is close by with great gardens and wildlife there are also cafes available within the park. There is a train station in Arroyo which is 10-15 minutes walk or taxis are available at the station and outside the apartment block.

The apartment is on the 4th floor with 2 lifts available. The apartment is overlooking the large and newly modernised swimming pool and gardens. The apartment has 2 bedrooms which each have 2 single beds.

There is a fully fitted kitchen, microwave, 2 ring hob, refrigerator, table top oven, kettle and toaster. The apartment has one bathroom with shower. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The lounge has a Large 42" TV with approx 10 English Channels including BBC and ITV. A three and a two seater sofa (Beds) table and 4 chairs.

The terrace overlooks the pool area and has a table and 4 chairs.

This apartment is situated in the heart of the ever popular Bonanza Square, and a stones throw away from the Elephante bar, and the Panda Chinese restaurant.

Please Note: The swimming pool is open from June 1st and closes on the 30th September due to EU lifeguard regulations.

Lovely quiet apt.

Deddy has a beautiful apt in a quiet residential area. It is bright and airy and very safe. So convenient to the large supermarket, restaurants and church. It is only 10 minutes from the beach. We had a really lovely stay there. Debby is a lovely person very gentle and very accommodating as I spoke with her prior to going to Benalmadena.

just had a great weeks holiday at debby and jims apartment could not find any fault with the apartment everything was new and very clean the area is an ideal spot for getting about my wife and I would recommend debbys place to anybody and will go again with pleasure plus the sun shone every day

first family holiday

This apartment was great it had everything we needed was very clean fresh towels and bed linen great space and english tv channels (for kids during siesta time lol)

the pool is amazing close to supermarket atm local shop tabbacco shop 10 min walk to beach great bars and restaurants all around, all round great family holiday with 3 children (3,7+9) also children's play areas in local restaurants

we will happily rebook here :)

Great apartment in Belmandena Bonnaza Apartments .

Had a great 10 day holiday in Belmandena from the start of booking this apartment Debby couldn't do enough for me sending me emails telling all about the area. The apartment itself was very clean spacious every appliance you need in the kitchen a washing machine and iron ironing board come in handy the balcony was over looking the pool area which we loved sitting on in the evenings the apartment is located near loads of restaurant and bars also it's only a 10 minute walk from the beach I would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again can't wait to go back😃🌞

The Train from Malaga airport runs every thirty minutes during the day and stops at Arroyo del meil, for just 2 euros and 10 cents. from there it is 10-15mins walk mainly downhill to Bonanza block B, or about 25 euros in a taxi.The Andalucia region</b>

Just outside Malaga, Benalmadena is one of the Costa del Sols most vibrant and attractive resorts.

Lying in the foothills of Sierra de Mijas, Benalmadena enjoys over 300 days of sunshine per year and constantly mild temperatures due to the influence of the Mediterranean Sea.

Benalmadena Costa boasts a beautiful beach stretching for almost 10 kilometres and what is claimed to be one of the best Marinas in the world. Here, there are over 1000 berths and 200 shops, bars, restaurants, plus a new shopping centre. The architecture has Andalucian, Arabian and Indian influences. It is an attractive place to visit both during the day and at night.

The playgrounds of the rich and famous, Marbella and Puerto Banus, are only twenty minutes away by road, and the Rock of Gibraltar can be reached in under an hour.

There are dozens of excellent golf courses in the area, with the world famous Torrequebrada course only ten minutes away.
