Brix Haus Moselkern - Great mountain and river views - three bed detached

Brix Haus is a refurbished spacious modern 1970s architect designed three bedroomed house which is over 200 Square metres in size. It is superbly decorated. When you rent Brix Villa you are renting the whole house., It boasts a spacious dining kitchen, lounge and three bedrooms, laundry room, two bathrooms and one shower room. The living accommodation is over two floors. It sleeps up to six with a cot for a baby.

Brix Haus is ideal for two people up to six and is a wonderful base to explore the Mosel from. It has a balcony with sitting area far reaching views. The kitchen is well stocked with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer and Senso Coffee machine.

Spacious house in great location

We stayed here for 6 nights with our 18 month old son. The house is very spacious with a great first floor living area(the bedrooms being on the ground floor). There is a large quality flat screen TV and comfortable sofas as well as a well equipped modern kitchen.

There are 3 bathrooms which although are slightly dated are clean and well kept with a powerful shower in the shower room.

Many tourist attractions are easily reachable by car and train including many castles and vineyards. We travelled to Koblenz and Cochem as well as a trip the the Nurburgring racing track.

We would recommend this accommodation although a small advisory is that there is a train line close by which is audible from the bedrooms during the night. This did not cause us a problem but may trouble light sleepers.

Großzügig und modern eingerichtet!!!

Das Objekt schien ursprünglich ein Zweifamilienhaus gewesen zu sein. Zwei Familien finden darin sehr komfortablen Platz, die 3 Badezimmer machen es obendrein perfekt. Unsere beiden Hunde haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, dennoch zentral an der Mosel. Leider gibt es in Moselkern keine Läden mehr, wenn man das weis kann sollte man vorsorgen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!!!
