Luxurious apartment overlooking the bay to the ancient town of Nessebar.

This stylish ground floor property comprises of a large open plan living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, 4 piece bathroom suite and two spacious bedrooms perfect for families. To the rear of the apartment is the resorts private parking area, whilst to the front offers great sea and mountain views, direct access to the superb pool, large balcony and gardens. The property sleeps upto six people, two in each bedroom and there is a pull out sofa in the living area. Also guests will enjoy private internet and cable TV.

Welcome from Liz, Chris and Ryan

We are a family of three who have enjoyed the life in Bulgaria for the last ten years, and hopefully many more! Chris and myself both live and work in St Vlas and our thirteen year old son goes to the local school as well as playing football for Nessebar FC. We all love the laid back lifestyle and inexpensive standard of living.

Indoor space mot as good as outside

Chris is a lovely welcoming and helpful host. Outside space just lovely - balcony, pool seconds away and sea minutes. However the property itself could do with a little more attention to detail. No mirror in second bedroom, no hairdryer, ? Heating duct area was not clean , no shower curtain in bathroom ( not a wet room

) got flooded, clothes drying rail thing was rusty , mugs stained., pleather sofa scratched . Maybe seems petty but was described as stunning - it wasn't .

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review! As a host I am a little disappointed as to why you never mentioned some of your points to me on the many occasions you were asked if everything was ok. I would have dealt with each issue with immediate effect. Although your feedback has been noted and I will do everything possible to rectify any issues with the apartment, I think some feedback on the resort and surrounding areas would have been nice as well as informitive for anyone wishing to visit St Vlas or other resorts in Bulgaria. Sehr schöne Wohnung, günstige Lage, gutes Management.

Der Ort Sveti Vlas liegt am östlichen Rand des Goldstrands und wirkt vor allem architektonisch wesentlich gemütlicher als Goldstrand. Außerdem hat er auch einen älteren Ortskern.

Das Resort "Sun Coast" wiederum liegt östlichen am Rand von Sveti Vlas, wodurch die Umgebung ausreichend ruhig ist. Dadurch fühlt man sich dort nicht eingeengt, wie bei einer zentraleren Lage. Trotzdem ist der Bootshafen und die zentralen Strände auf schönen Spazierwegen schnell zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche gemütliche Restaurants. Der Pool ist schön angelegt und auch Ende Juli kaum überlaufen. Die Alternative in unmittelbarer Nähe im Meer zu baden, ist vorhanden. Der nächste schöne Badestrand liegt nur wenige Meter unterhalb des Pools.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Das Kinderzimmer ist aber nicht besonders hell.

Der Balkon liegt teilweise hinter dem kleinen Resort-Restaurant. Das verdeckt teilweise die Sicht auf's Meer, weil die Wohnung ebenerdig liegt. Andererseits muss man, um an den Pool zu gelangen, kein Treppenhaus benutzen.

Der Resort-Manager Chris ist sehr umgänglich und hilfsbereit.

Wenn man noch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hinzuzieht, fällt es uns leicht das Domizil mit 5 Sternen zu bewerten.
