In just a few short steps you will find yourself in the bustling main streets of St. Ives, a few steps more and there are four golden sandy beaches available, one with the coveted blue flag award. Atlantic Breeze Holiday Apartments have been decorated and furnished in a modern style to a high standard and are fully equipped.

About the Owner

I've been holidaying in St. Ives ever since I can remember, firstly as a child and then with my own family, I first fell in love with this enchanting place many many years ago and have been returning ever since, eventually buying a house in 2004, I work all over the UK which means I'm away from St. Ives far too much but I fall in love with the place each time I arrive especially when the sun shining on the harbour.

lovely 3 bed apartment with stunning views

This is a lovely apartment in a great location. It was clean and fresh when we arrived and a sumptuous welcome pack filled with local goodies gave us a big smile after a long car journey. 6 of us stayed here comfortably; youngest aged 6months, oldest 44years. The steep stairs across the road are the most direct route into town but could be challenging for some people. everything we needed and more was in the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised by how well appointed it was. We had a fabulous time and would love to stay again.

From the Owner

The views from the property are stunning, it's nice and close to all the amenities you will need but far enough out to avoid any of the hustle and bustle of the town, especially helpful when you have children. The decked area to the rear of the property is a real sun trap.

The above prices includes all hotel quality bed linen and hand / bath towels and the service clean at the end of the rental.
Two weekly rentals have a change of bed linen and towels on the Saturday.
Includes parking for one small / medium sized vehicle right out side of property
On arrival each booking receives a locally sourced (where possible) welcome pack.

A deposit of 33% is required to secure the booking along with a completed booking form.
The balance of the holiday amount falls due 6 weeks prior to holiday commencement.

All bookings are subject to a £100.00 refundable damage deposit - this is normally returned 7-10 days after departure.
