A lovely, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment over-looking beautiful, well maintained gardens and the 4th hole of Gramacho Golf Course.
Furnished to a contemporary, high standard, including new bathrooms, LCD TV, Sky and DVD player and iPod docking station, it really does provide a home from home, with the benefit of a stunning outlook and (more often than not) wall to wall sunshine.
Inside there are two bedrooms, one twin and one double with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. There is also a family shower room.
The living area and kitchen is light and airy and extremely spacious with a dining area, sofa and two easy chairs.
The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dolce gusto coffee machine and washing machine.
There is a delightful outside patio area with dining table and chairs and leads out to luscious lawns and mature olive, fig and almond trees, and a stride away from a very attractive communal pool, located just 5 metres away
The extensive facilities of the club house, including bar and patio area with stunning views over the 18th and across to the Monchique mountains, a la carte restaurant, indoor/outdoor pool, golf shop and play area and a 2 minute walk away.
In addition there is a tennis court, 5-a-side football pitch and putting green all within 5 mins walk.

Life long fan of Portugal and all it has to offer..... beautiful people, beautiful scenery, beautiful country. I have been visiting since childhood and now enjoy this fabulous Country with our young family, taking advantage of all it has to offer - golf, beaches, restaurants, tennis, cycling and (more recently with our 7 year old daughter) horse riding.
The Owner purchased this apartment in 2006

Activity and Interests
A beautiful location, just 40 minutes away from Faro Airport sitting on the 4th hole of the stunning and well known Gramacho Golf Course and two minutes away from Vale da Pinta Golf Course.
The seaside resort of Carvoeiro is a short drive away. The town and it's surrounding area has some of the best eateries in the western Algarve, beautiful beaches and superb hospitality.
The typical fishing town of Ferragudo, just 5 minutes by car or a good 20 minute stride out, is Portuguese tradition in itself, and the perfect place to while away the hours, people watching and enjoying local hospitality in the traditional square or watching the fishermen bring in their catch.
The local village of Sesmarias is a 5 minute stroll and provides anything from high-end cuisine to pizza or a cold beer / 7 Up with the locals.
We are located on Gramacho, a 6,107 metre 18 hole course designed by Nick Price. A stunning course with plenty of natural hazards. Vale da Pinta, Gramacho's sister course is across the road, and measures 6,115 metres and features on the European Seniors Tour and is one of the prettiest courses on The Algarve. Both courses set a challenge to golfers of all standards.
There is also the Pestana Golf Academy, with extensive driving range and a range of tuition options from one off lessons to complete courses from beginners to the more advanced.
Nearby beaches include Praia Grande with it's stunning beach and numerous restaurants, beach bars and activities such as kayaking to the more sophisticated Canieros Beach for long, lazy lunches and lively evenings.
There is a superb and newly refurbished tennis club just 5 minutes away which has a large aerobics and dance studio and full gymnasium.
Slide & Splash Waterpark is two minutes away by car and is always a hit with the younger visitors, as is Zoo Marine, which is a 20 minute drive and features marine life and theme park attractions and a quality day out for all the family.
The Monchique Mountains not only provide a stunning backdrop to the Club House, but an interesting and picturesque day out. There is also the option to hire bikes or arrange walking tours to fully appreciate this stunning area.
