Apartment Casa Rosa Siller 1B is a spacious contemporary west facing apartment with stunning mountain views . Situated on the first floor with a lift the apartment is on two levels with air conditioning throughout.

The front door opens on to a large open plan living /dining area that leads to a large terrace perfect for alfresco dining. The well equipped kitchen can be accessed from both the living room and the terrace.

Off the living room there are two twin bedded rooms one of which leads on to the terrace and a family bathroom.

Stairs from the lounge lead to the large upper terrace and the en suite master bedroom . Outside there is a good sized jacuzzi and 6 sun loungers making it a great location for catching the sun all day.

The upper terrace also has an outdoor kitchen complete with grill ,a further fridge/freezer a dishwasher and a dining area perfect for wining and dining as the sun sets over the Traumantana mountains.

There are also communal gardens and a shared swimming pool.

Although a car is not necessary there is one off street parking space . A large supermarket is within 5 minutes walk and the main town and beach is approximately a 10 minute walk making a perfect location for families.
