About the property

Open planned house with 3 private bedrooms. Can accomodate 3 families of 4.

Recently built for its stunning location Kinclevin looks out to one of the best views in Angus. You can wake up to the sunset rising over Lunan Bay during your stay.

The living area is all open planned with high ceilings and mezzanine. Great for relaxing and dining. Loung area has flat screen TV with DVD player, WIFI and wood burning stove with oven. The kitchen overlooks the dining and living space so you can socialise with all the family while cooking.

2 downstairs bedrooms and 1 upstairs. 1 bedroom with Super King bed. The 2 downstairs bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom with tub and shower. There is also a wet room with shower on the ground floor. All bedrooms have fold down double sofas which can accomodate families.

There is plenty outside space for quiet relaxation within a very peaceful setting.

About Scott Bremner

Bonnie built this house when she decided to return to the family farm. It was a fantastic family home in which Bonnie and Scott made home for their first child in 2013. We decided to move down to the family farm house after expanding the business at Lunan in 2015 and rent out the house as a holiday home.

Fantastic space with astounding views.

Easy to find. The house area was ideal. We were 12 folk - 3 family groups. The living and dining area, plus outside on the grass, was perfect for us all to be together. Gave us all the privacy of our own room. One bedroom was a bit tight for 4 adults. Lovely big dining table in a great open airy space. What a view- stunning. Easy access to the beach - a short walk using the old closed off road plus a track.

Location, house & weather was absolutely fantastic

We have had a superb week at Kinclevin. The location is superb with stunning views and the house was absolutely fabulous. Highly recommended if you are looking for an extremely chilled holiday in a very comfortable house. It was SOO peaceful. And the welcome pack was much appreciated. The beaches in the area are stunning & I now have 4 very tired pooches now that we are home.

Lots of things to do in the area and lots of nice places to visit. Very friendly area & made our dogs feel very welcome too.

Great property with amazing views

This property is presentable and comfortable with the kitchen having everything we needed. The views are fantastic looking out on to Lunan Bay. Lunan Bay was within walking distance of the property and our two dogs were allowed on the beach even in August. We did several great walks in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Very comfortable with stunning views

The house was large, modern and very comfortable, the views of the bay from every room were really stunning something I hadn't grasped until we arrived. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises with huge windows to gaze out of.

It was warm plus an excellent wood burner with logs provided. Our dog enjoyed the garden (and the fire).Really helpful owners.

I would definitely recommend this property as it is peaceful and private yet easy to get to the shops (and pub) in nearby Montrose or Arbroath 5-10 minutes in the car.

There was a beautiful bay to walk to and we drove to the Cairngorm mountains and Lochs easily for days out.

Lunan luxury surprise!

Upon our arrival at the property we were completely astounded by the house and the veiws that come with it.

The photos on the site do not do justice to just how lovely this property and the surroundings are! Our party of 4 adults and three children(including two teenagers) had so much space to relax and do our own thing or gather at meal times ( including a BBQ).

The size of the bedrooms and living area was quite superb.

Outside the gardens are fantastic, large, quiet and dog friendly (ask our Labrador).

The most magnificent element of the property has to be it's location. The peace and quiet was a joy, the views over Lunan bay are hard to describe as anything other than spectacular!! Even when a train came past on the nearby East coast line it somehow added to the idilic experience.

There are some superb beaches in the area including Lunan Bay and St. Cyrus.

We were spoilt completely with fantastic Scottish sunshine for virtually our whole week and yet the beaches remained very peaceful. Dog walking and swimming at it's very best!

Overall a fabulous surprise! We are already planning our return!!!

Wunderschönes Haus! Noch viel toller als auf den Bildern!

Perfect!!! I try to describe in English, so more people can read this. We have been in Kinclevin from 03/06/2017 till 11/06/2017, it was often rainy, but that was no problem, we (parents and two children) loved the house and Scotland! Did not want to leave... really, you can be sure to find there a beautiful house, a super friendly owner of the house, great food at lunan bay diner (Elaine, she is so cute and warmheartet and try her hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows💖?), a stunning beach in front of the house... really, go there!!! You will be happy!!!

Best sat nav is the app 'here', we found everything when we used it, drove a lot around, many things to see and do with children (Montrose Basin, the beach, castles), perfect for dog owners.

We all fell in love with Scotland and the Scots. We will definitivly return and our neighbors here in Germany (we showed them pictures)want to come too...thank you so very very very very much, Scott and Elaine 👍?

The accomodation is set on the hill top overlooking Lunan Bay. Just a short distance between the coastal Angus towns of Arbroath and Montrose. We are also within an hours drive from the cities of Dundee and Aberdeen. A location for relaxation in the quiet surroundings with lots to do out and about. Lots of nature activities in the surrounding area as well as historical, wildlife and cultural attractions.
