LOCATION

Situated in Wrafton, Braunton this semi detached property provides ample space for friends or family. Walking distance to the historical 16th Century thatched pub - The Williams Arms, famous for mouth watering every day carvery. A short distance from the cottage is the Tarka Trail, ideal for cycling with the family along the Taw Estuary or simply a walk with your dog. The white sandy beaches and sand dunes at Crow Point, Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay are within a 3-10 minute drive. Reputed to be the largest village, Braunton has a varied choice of pubs, bistros, award winning fish and chip shop and a choice of surf shops all within a 10 minute walking distance.

PROPERTY

CloudBreak has Attractive light and airy Kitchen / Breakfast room with beech shaker units and a multi blend of terracotta, green and beige splash-backs. The modern styled kitchen has a dishwasher, built in oven, gas hob, free-standing tall fridge/freezer, microwave and fully stocked with crockery, utensils and glassware for entertaining. The breakfast table at the opposite end of the room has 4 wooden chairs, full length mirror and wall mounted LCD TV.

The spacious dining room has a large wooden dining table with leather padded seating for 8, a traditionally tiled fire surround with rack alcove and glass shelving units either side. This room is decorated with bold wooden treasures and features an old style map that will create a real talking piece over meal times.

Sophisticated and rustic themed lounge with 3 large comfortable leather sofas, coffee table, LCD TV with digibox, DVD player, Playstation with a selection of games, DVDs and Board games. Why not select a book from the book case and snuggle by the wood burner on those colder days with mug of hot chocolate.

This property benefits from a utility room with washing machine, drying dolly, laundry hamper, storage space and added work surface. Halway with desk and computer chair and hanging hooks for coats.

Master bedroom with a blend of crisp whites and bold reds, This master bedroom provides plenty of space and has a metal framed kingsize bed, Matching wooden furniture comprising of a wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables with red reading lamps, mirror and cozy tub chair for those reflective moments.

Twin bedroom with 2 single beds dressed in white linen and aqua cushions (superking on request), white wardrobe, chest of drawers with free standing mirror, 2 bedside tables with reading lamps and a white tub chair.

Double bedroom with a rich chocolate undertones, two wooden bedside tables with reading lamps, matching chest of drawers and wall mounted hanging hooks.

Bunk bedroom with a wardrobe and underdraw storage and a box bench seating area which children will adore.

The large white family bathroom suite comprising of a bath, electric power shower and bath mixer tap attachment for small children, WC, washbasin, storage unit and a wall mounted mirror.

OUTSIDE SPACE

Pretty south facing walled garden space accessed via the kitchen to the rear of the property. The garden is fully enclosed and a riot of colour in the summer with well established shrubs making it a lovely private spot to soak up the sun on the patio. Patio table and chairs for 6, bench for 3, washing line and Weber charcoal barbecue is provided.

Beautiful house

We had a wonderful week at Cloud Break. A lovely house, everything we could have hoped for. Beautifully furnished, clean, well equipped kitchen and thoughtful extra touches like a PS3 and google chromecast.

And what an area. Close to some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. We had wonderful weather and had a wonderfully relaxing holiday. Some fantastic walks from the house, along the turka trail towards the estuary. Local playground for the kids with walking distance of the house, as well as a handy pub. Sad to leave!!

Awesome stay

We had a really wonderful time staying in this lovely house. There were eight of us and we never felt on top of one another at any time. The house was well kitted out and many additional extras too. We had a lot of rain and made the most of exploring Devon on those days. The occasional day that we did vegetate and stay in we played one of the many board games provided for our entertainment. The house is in a great location as it is very close to all local attractions, a quick drive to Barnstable and a drive or walk into Braunton where they have some lovely boutique shops and eateries. The Williams pub opposite has an excellent Sunday Carvery and good value for money. We BBQ most nights as a lot easier with 8 people. The beds were uber comfortable and our twin girls slept from seven till seven every night of our two week stay!!!! Champagne air they call it xxx A really perfect spot for a family getaway and plenty of space for the grandparents too,
