Las Brisas is a large complex of bungalows originally developed by Wimpey with some of the properties being time-shared. Due to its efficient management and superb facilities it has for many years been granted R C I Gold Crown Resort status. The site facilities include a well-stocked shop, snack bar/restaurant and bar plus pool tables all of which are poolside. Seating for family entertainment which takes place several times per week in the evenings is also by the bar area and has been enclosed by glass panels so that it is available for use all year round. There is also a big screen TV for important sports fixtures and a separate games room for children. A children’s playground is located by the pool and tennis courts which are floodlit at night also add to the facilities. The pool area is immense with padded sun loungers and thatched sunshades provided for your comfort. The swimming pool is very large and there is a separate children’s pool, which are both heated.

The position of this villa is quiet but convenient being in the heart of the complex away from the hubbub of the bar but only about 300 metres from the pool. It is a semi detached villa with an enlarged patio to enjoy the sun throughout the day and the outlook is onto a big beautiful mature garden. A patio set and sun loungers all with thick cushions are provided for your comfort. Inside the villa is modern and comfortable and quite different from other villas on the complex. The lounge has 2 leather sofas and good lighting + a library of books The bedrooms are laid out as 1 double room (with king size bed) with an en-suite shower room, 1 twin room with a bathroom next door, all the beds have very recently been replaced. Kitchen facilities in the villa include oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. Other facilities include satellite TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, CD player, safe, hairdryer and iron. This is a popular villa with both families and couples and is now one of the best properties on this complex with its modern stylish makeover.

Free wi-fi is available in the villa and the complex reception building.

There are air conditioning/heating units in both bedrooms and heating available in all areas for the winter months.

Bath and hand towels for use within the villa are provided but beach towels are not. Pool towels are provided for exclusive use around the Las Brisas pool which also indicates your entitlement to be there.

The location of the Villa 82 excellent, situated within the grounds of Las Brisas, a mature, quiet and well managed complex with very good facilities. My favourite feature is the very large heated, well maintained Swimming Pool where you can really enjoy your swim. The Villa itself is spacious and well equipped with a large private well positioned patio for outdoor living. The new owners who already own the adjacent villa have already started to upgrade the facilities to make it even more comfortable and have plans to continue to do so. The quality of a holiday at Las Brisas is exceptional, which is backed up by the number of people who return year after year.
