PRIVATE STRUCTURE. Villa Chloe is an old renovated villa, set in the countryside of Potenza Picena, a little medieval town of the Macerata hinterland. The building is a 15th century former convent, built on the rolling Marche hills strewn with olive trees and vineyards: a simple natural area that still today retains the colours and scents of the past. The proximity to the splendid sea, with beaches among the most beautiful in the region, makes this home unique and the ideal place to enjoy the tranquillity, privacy and comfort of the countryside. The charming pool area, just out of sight of the windows of the house and surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, is a relaxful corner in harmony with the rhythms of nature. Surrounded by a park destined partly as garden and partly as woodland, Villa Cloe welcomes us with the warmth of the typical rural brick houses of the Marche region, with the ground floor featuring two aisles with cross vaults. The style is simple and informal, designed to enhance the architectural characteristics. The cross-vaulted ceiling extends to the beautiful kitchen area, in white and steel, functional and technological, with windows ranging 180° over the park. The sleeping area, on the first floor, is of very recent renovation, decorated in an elegant, slightly retro, style with attention to detail and characterized by fine materials and textiles.

Interior

The house has two floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor, consisting of a large open-plan living room with fireplace, dining room and reading area, a kitchen and a toilet. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. An internal resin staircase leads up to the first floor, consisting of an entrance hall with sitting area, a double bedroom with king-size bed with adjoining dressing room and en-suite bathroom with tub and shower, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. The first floor has a second entrance accessible from two external staircases. ANNEX: A few metres from the main house is the single-floor annex composed of an open-plan kitchen and dining room. Outside is a small porch with built-in barbecue and wood oven.

Park

The park that surrounds Villa Cloe is completely enclosed with an automatic gate. It spreads over hilly terrain with olive trees, holm oaks, cypresses and Mediterranean shrubs. The large lawn in front of the living area of the villa, overlooking the hills covered in vineyards, is the perfect place for enjoying every moment of the day. Near the annex is an attractive pergola set up for outdoor dining. On the pool side is a 6-car parking area, in front of the first floor entrance. The pool area is reached along a small stone-slabbed path across the lawn and is surrounded by tall shrubs, providing privacy.

Swimming Pool

The pool, open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October, is about 40 m from the house and can be reached from the car park along a path of stone slabs across the lawn. Set at a slightly higher level than the house, and to the side of it, it measures 14 x 7 m with the depth varying from 1,20 m to 2,30 m. It has chlorine purification, PVC lining and Roman steps for access to the water; the border is in concrete and it has internal and external lighting. The 60 sq m solarium area, paved in concrete, is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas.

On request. € 30,00 per animal per week to be paid on site

This is an area rich in tourist attractions: noteworthy is wonderful Macerata with the Palazzo Bonaccorsi Museum and the opera season at the Sferisterio, a large stage on the national and international music scene. The city of Ancona offers the possibility of organizing wonderful hiking excursions through the Nature Park of Monte Conero or boat trips to the fascinating beach of the Due Sorelle (Two Sisters). The villages of Sirolo and Numana, located on the side of Mount Conero, are set in a dream scenario with the most beautiful beaches in the Marche region. Mountain lovers can visit the Sibillini mountains and participate, with experienced professionals, in courses of Nordic walking hiking tours. Regarding food and wine, the Marche region offers a variety of local products which you can better appreciate by visiting the many festivals held everywhere throughout the year. Within a range of a few kilometres are the world-famous factory outlets of the footwear district. Among the many brands is the outlet of L'Autre Chose at Porto Sant'Elpidio.
