RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. The fine structure of Torre dei Fagiani, part brick and part plastered, stands on a hill top in the lush countryside in the proximity of the Lake Trasimeno. The tower that rises at the top of the house is preannounced in its name where there is a rustic and comfortable double bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. The house is particularly welcoming and very bright thanks to large windows which overlook the garden offering spectacular views of the picturesque countryside. The Torre dei Fagiani, being a new house, built with old materials and fully furnished, has created a rustic and enchanting atmosphere whilst at the same time offering modern accessories such as an elevator that leads to the upper floors and not to mention the spacious and elegant swimming pool. Its strategic border position, between Umbira and Tuscany, ensures that nowhere is too far, enabling day trips to historical cities such as Cortona, Montepulciano, Siena, Pienza, Perugia, Orvieto, Spoleto and Todi. The reception of the closeby agritourism, led by the owners of the villa, is at disposal of the guest.

Interior

From the main entrance, situated on the ground floor, you enter the living area composed of living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen. On this floor there is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. All these rooms have direct access to the outside garden. The first floor can be reached either using the elevator or via two external staircases. The first floor is composed of a living room with fireplace and two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with hydromassage tub. From the living room of the first floor a spiral staircase leads up to the tower where there is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with hydromassage tub. Again from the ground floor, via elevator or internal staircase, you reach the basement floor composed of a multi use room, living room with double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.

Park

The garden is about 1.000 square meters. The rear side of the property is delimited by tall trees, while the front part is decorated with a crisp green lawn facing the valley. From here there are breathtaking views of the Umbrian hills and the Trasimeno Lake.

Swimming Pool

The pool is located only a few meters from the house, with unique views over the valley. It measures 7 x 14 m with a variable depth from 0,90 m to 1,50 m and it has a roman staircase entrance. The pool is at guests disposal from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October and is furnished with sun loungers, sun umbrellas, tables and chairs.
