 Villa-Palace Tuscan countryside on three floors built in three centuries -500 700 900- concluded with gardens and long cypress avenue located in Borgo a Giovi, near Arezzo near the River Arno.

The palace was transformed into Villa Farm in 1767, with the 'addition of limonaia and of' wing above the Arch that housed a reservoir for rainwater, a study and a large bathroom: in that 'year was erected in Villa facing the oratory still exists today dedicated to St. John Nepumoceno. It was renovated several times in order to adapt to new demands and during the Second World War it housed the displaced Arezzo section of the Bank of Italy.
Today the younger generation of the family Cappelli Misesti with the last renovation in 2004 they tried to return the villa to its original appearance both outside, with the recovery of roofs, facades and gardens, and interior highlighting both the structural elements that those Decorative with great attention to detail.
