About the property

The Port House overlooks the port, beach (150m walk) and mountains

The house is situated in the largest bay on the North West coast of Mallorca amongst the dramatic Tramuntana Mountains overlooking the beach and bay of Port de Soller.

Luxury fittings and the most relaxing and convenient setting make this home perfect for either a quiet or more active holiday. The Port House is situated directly in line to experience the best sunset in town. The pedestrianised promenade, beach and many different bars and restaurants are only 150m or a few steps away. If you feel like going further afield, the walks, climbs and cycle rides lead you from the low lying hills to the mountains above. Or you could simply relax and take in the view, or catch the old train through to the beautiful village of Soller just inland.

The bright and airy living space is fully air conditioned. The property is best described as 'an upside down house'. This has its benefits, with two double bedrooms and a bathroom on the lower ground floor and the double bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor are both kept cool as they are mostly hidden from direct sunlight. Walking into the living room always delivers a wow factor by day or night, with it's fantastic views to the port and through the gap in the cliffs out to sea.

If you fancy a bit of cooking, the modern fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living space facing the view of the bay. Upstairs the top floor terrace is the size of the whole house, is not overlooked and is equipped with luxury sun beds, large parasols, table, chairs and outdoor shower.

Each room has personalised air-conditioning.

Free wifi is transmitted to all rooms.

The property is part of a small block of 3 houses in a secluded location walking distance from everything you need.

If you are looking for energetic or gentle activity the property is in prime location. Well documented cycle routes and walks surround this area. Being near the beach and surrounded by mountains, there are plenty of locations providing stunning views including cliff top pathways along the stunning coastline.

Lovely property with a fantastic view of the beautiful Port de Soller. Easy to follow instructions to arrive at the property and a perfect location overlooking the harbour area. Given the hot weather the air conditioning was a god send and the property had all the mod cons you need, including great wifi ( a must for a teenager) and also access to sky / uktv.

My only minor complaint was that the top deck of the property was too hot, but plenty of lollies and visits to the cold shower helped !!!

Will be back if we consider a walking holiday in the Spring.

Port De Soller is a fantastic resort in such a beautiful setting.

The Apartment could not be better situated with fantastic views over the stunning Port. Sally and Richard have a lovely property and they are always very helpful should you need any help.

Fantastic house close to beach and all other amenities

Had a fantastic week at the Port House. First impressions on arriving at the property was WOW - high standard of furnishing and beautiful views over the bay from each of the balconies. Good internet speed and access to U.K. To channels also a plus.

A short walk takes you to the beach and promenade with loads of shops and places to eat and drink. Bar Ocea was my favourite during the day to escape the sun and some lovely chilled out lunches at Sa Barca.

Port Soller has some fantastic restaurants which also come with a hefty price. Kingfisher and So Caprichio both warrant their Trip Advisor rating and a hidden gem is Nautilus up the hill for spectacular views as the sun goes down.

Kayak hire is cheap and boat hire relatively priced also around €120 for 4 hours.

Staying at the Port House certainly made our week in Port de Soller a wonderful relaxing holiday and would have no hesitation to recommend and certainly hope to stay there again at some stage.

Lovely house with fantastic views

This is a lovely house in Port De Soller. Very well equipped and comfortable with views from every room. Beds were comfortable and the sun beds the best we have used We particularly enjoyed watching all the boats moving about in the harbour when having breakfast on the roof terrace. The town is a short walk downhill with a variety of restaurants and cafes. Plenty to do in the area with good local transport links, no need for a hire car. We will return.

Quiet location with views overlooking the port. The entire roof of the house is a private balcony which is a great place to sit and watch the world go by and enjoy the outstanding scenery. The Port House is in a central location to directly explore the valleys, hills, mountains and beach. The pedestrianised promenade is 200m away where the bay and beach and a variety of restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The short tram ride leads to Soller village with even more shops, bars, local amenities, churches, museums, walks and much more. We are a short distance away the beautiful villages of Deia, Valdemossa and Fornalutx which can be reached on the excellent public transport system, car or taxi. Palma is 1hr away by train on the famous 'orange' train that meanders through the mountains and amongst the orange groves, or 25 minutes drive or taxi ride.

For the more adventurous, boats, canoes, paddle boards and the cycle hire shop are available 300m away.
