1 bedroom, can sleep 4 comfortably with bed settee in the lounge

Our family over the years have stayed in many apartments. Sometimes it has been a positive experience and other times sadly it has not. When we decided to invite guests to stay at our Studio Apartments we thought long and hard about the things we would have liked to find on arrival at a property, be it for business or pleasure. In all of the apartments you will find lots of attention to detail. In the well equipped kitchens you will find, milk, cereal, juice, bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar, salt. pepper. oil and vinegar. There is always some fruit and a few chocolates or biscuits. The bathroom has plenty of soft towels, tissues and toilet paper. The bedroom has a comfy bed and crisp sheets, a hairdryer plus iron and board.

In the summer months there is a table and chairs plus a bbq in the garden for guests use.

Our apartments are always beautifully clean and well presented with tasteful comfortable furnishings

We are situated in a rural location just outside of the village of Bloxham. The property sits in 2.5 acres, it is approached by a dirt track road of 1/3 kilometre. Once you arrive at the property, you are surrounded by fields and 2.5 acres of garden set in the middle of beautiful countryside. 10 minute walk to centre of village, which has good amenities, Pubs, post office , small supermarket, fish & chips and pharmacy. Bloxhamis set in the middle of beautiful countryside and Banbury is just 3 miles. Close to the Cotswolds, Oxford, Stratford upon Avon and Northamptonshire? Excellent Rail links to London of about an 1 hour. The M40 motorway is 10 minutes away

A lovely comfortable and spacious property

We were greeted by the owner who was very friendly

The propertywas spotless and a lot of care had gone into the extras provided,

Milk, juice and bottled water in the fridge

Toiletries in the bathroom

Teas coffees cereal and breakfast biscuits plus fresh fruit, chocolates and flowers on the table

A great peaceful location

Would highly recommend, for business or leisure travellers
