A family villa that has a home from home feel. In a safe, quiet location with ample living space and a large roof solarium for sun lovers. The villa now has its own private pool at the front of the villa (unheated). In addition there is a communal pool , which has key entry access. Car hire is essential and we will provide information to you on booking of who we have found. You can fly into Murcia (which is around 15 minutes drive away) and Alicante (around 40 minutes drive away). Pinar de Campoverde - Situated a little inland from the town of Pilar de la Horadada is the village of Pinar de Campoverde, just 8 kilometres from the Costa Blanca coastline, Pinar de Campoverde is located in a quiet area set in pine woodland, offering lovely views of the nearby Mediterranean sea.The centre of the village of Pinar de Campoverde has a good variety of restaurants and bars and also has a supermarket, there are tennis courts, swimming pools and banks, and there is a small street market held on Sundays a great place to buy locally grown fresh produce and other products.For golfing enthusiasts there are a number of excellent golf courses nearby, at least three courses within 15 minutes of the villa.A little to the south is the popular area of the Mar Menor (Lesser Sea) with some excellent resorts and beaches, some of the best known being Lo Pagan, Santiago de la Ribera and Los Alcazares. To the north lies the busy Orihuela Costa region with some wonderful resorts such as Cabo Roig, Campoamor, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca Mil Palmeras and Punta Prima, all have 'blue flag' beaches and a wide range of facilities not far from the villa.

There are 4 of us that own this villa myself and my twin sister and our husbands it has always been a dream of our parents to own a property in Spain we have spent many of our family holidays in Spain and it feels like our second home. Our parents are at an age where buying a property abroad is a bit much so we thought we can do this for us and for all our family to enjoy.

First impression was great and it continued to be

Property was very clean and well maintained. An ideal location as very near some wonderful beaches and restaurants. Plenty to see and do if you so wanted but also very relaxing if you just wanted to laze by the pool or on the beach. The weather in March was pretty much like it is here now in May but a bit chilly at night. The customer service was brilliant and I would certainly recommend the villa to other people.

Fantastic Villa - Home from Home - we will return

What a fantastic villa - beautifully decorated,well equipped for everything we needed. Setting ideal for a relaxing holiday with plenty of activities nearby if you want them. Owners are SO helpful and welcoming nothing was too much trouble - would highly recommend to couples, families and friends. We have already booked for next year .

We never dreamed that we would be able to own a villa like this it is perfect, when we visited this villa it gave us that special home feeling straight away, we then realised that we had holidayed near by in the same village many years before and could not believe it. Our neighbours are Spanish so we are going to be learning the language, also this area is so special it is open all year round and the people are very kind and friendly.
