Welcome to Casapueblo. An airy, bright and open space in the heart of the old city is a rare find; one feels all the comfort of modern urban living yet in a village atmosphere.

The layout of the townhouse (3 floors, 150 sqm including the private rooftop terrace) is perfect for coming together as a group yet also affords each guest a private space when needed. The entire townhouse is at your full disposition. The rooftop terrace is your private terrace. It is not shared with any other buildings or apartments, and is accessible from the central living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with citrus juicer, blender, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction cooktop, and large refrigerator/freezer. Iron, ironing board, drying lines, and clothespins provided.

Each bedroom has two separate closets.

The bathrooms have beautiful sleek fixtures and spacious showers.

The old city is a pedestrian paradise soaked with local character while not skimping on grocery shops, farmer's markets, pharmacies, cafés, restaurants, bars, and boutiques. You can stroll through its winding streets, explore the citadel, shop 'til you drop, or join the fun on the newly refurbished marina promenade bursting with restaurants, music, boutiques, and vendor stalls. It's a buzz of activity with people (and yacht) watching in abundance. The atmosphere is joyful and never dull!

In the summer months, this is a place for those who love to be in the middle of the mix! The mornings/daytime up until 16h/17h are pure tranquility then as the evening deepens street life becomes animated, music is in the air, and there is an effervescent holiday vibe!

Although located in the pedestrian section, it is easily accessible by car through a neighboring street bordering the pedestrian zone. It's best to take a taxi in from the airport, and once in the city you can get around everywhere on foot.

It is highly recommended to bring reasonably sized luggage with wheels for navigating the short walk.

Gorgeous apartment, great location, exactly what we were looking for. Comfort, luxury and design in the middle of the charming old town alleys. Vip view on all the luxury yachts and the best shops and restaurants just a few magical alleys away. Getting there can be challenging with luggage: main road closes from 6pm onwards and lovely caretaker is not on site and not always available (from what I understood) so appointment and arrival time needs to be well planned. Would love to come back.

BE AWARE!!!!!! VRBO will charge the full E 1500 damage deposit at the time of booking and hold it for at least a week after check out. What a ridiculous ABUSE of clients!!!! would be our only reason not to book again. Happy to give cash or provide credit card upon check in but not be a free money lender to VRBO, they really take us for complete idiots.

Fabulous location for weekend in Ibiza town

We were a group of 6 sharing the house. Tasteful decor, nice fixtures and fittings.It's tucked away but minutes from the bars and restaurants. Use the photos in the arrival information to find it!

The roof terrace is lovely, check in and check out no problem at all, and great communication throughout from the owners. Excellent value . Would recommend.
