This is a unique property on South Beach. As this is a part of exclusive residence called Decoplage where you are met by a reception personnel who check you in for your stay. The condo gives you access to a large swimming pool, fully equipped gym and a newly renovated relaxation area / lobby. There are also sunbeds and umbrellas that belong to property where you get special discount as a resident.
The property has valet service for your car which is included in the price. As well as 24h security.
Location of the property is unbeatable it is at the beginning on Washington street which is a pedestrian area with all the shops and restaurants at the heart of south beach and the famous Ocean Drive is 3 streets away.

C'est la troisième année que nous louons dans cet édifice, Decoplage, mais cette unité est vraiment parfaite!! Directement sur la plage et dans l'action de South Beach. Appartement bien rénové et propre.
Location is in the center of everything!
The apt is worth staying at, the beach is just a minute from the entrance of the building. Secured community. Valet parking. The promenade is two minutes away. The location is unbeatable! The owner is very easy to reach by phone or by email. Overall it was a wonderful stay.
Beware that there is construction works in the building so you might get some noise, but the works will be done very soon and more likely you will not be disturbed at all.

We have stayed at the Decopage for the last four years. This condo is wonderful. It is beautifully furnished and updated. It is well equipped, very clean and was a pleasure to stay in. When returning to Miami we would want to stay in this condo.

The view that is spectacular, the apartment is spotless, all running! The location is excellent with the beach a mile! the building very kind and gentle people! Having a box of shipments and valet parking is very important! Of course that location as can be!
