Great place to come and chill out.Large balcony and very comfortable chairs and dinning g table .

Quiet apartment block no coaches etc Very private

Shop and restaurant on site + Spar close by .

UK owner that have had places here +20 years and keep on top of everything

3 pools and tennis court.

Superb !

Had a brilliant time. The apartment is well equipped and the views are lovely. I would recommend hiring a car although there seem to be lots of busses around.

Amazing view but tiny apartment

Pros...stunning views, comfortable bed. Comfortable couch.

Cons...absolutely no information provided inside the apartment, wifi was terrible, not enough hot water for two people to shower, parking was an absolute nightmare. We would go back to the area but not that complex or apartment.

Owner's Response: This is a private quiet complex. Looking at all the previous reviews seems like you are having other problems with your life . Sorry yu didn't have a better experience in the 3 days you stayed . Your used to holiday reps chasing you with Info to sell you trips . There are books in the apartment on things in G.C. Ever tried Google it's 2017. Wifi you receive BBC and ITV with it . Try a hotel next time . Re apartment size It has a Kingsize bed ..large walk in shower . Fully fitted German kitchen..L couch and the largest balcony in Gran Canary. Get a life.

Lovely apartment with fabulous views

My partner and myself have recently returned from a weeks holiday in this apartment (x8) I have to say on arriving late at night in the dark in a hire car I was at first a little concerned about being able to find it, but the owners directions from the airport were spot on and we found it without any problems. Thank goodness for the two lifts that take you up to the apartment, it is quite high up but the views are absolutely fabulous, and we really enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony, the sun stays with you until after lunch. The apartment is spotlessly clean and has everything you possibly need for your stay. The water filter was particularly good it was far better than having to buy bottles of water. The bed is very comfortable and we both slept really well. From a womans point of view I was also pleased to have a good hairdryer that plugs in rather than the ones you sometimes get that are permanently fixed in the bathroom. Parking can be a little hit and miss as it can get very busy, but we always found a spot close to the apartments. Down the hill is a spar, a couple of restaurants, an Irish pub and a burger bar. We went to one of the restaurants when we arrived as it was late, but it was still open and we enjoyed a nice meal. On the owners recommendation we had a meal at the restaurant on site, it was fabulous. I had a fillet steak, which is probably the best I have ever had. My partner had a prawn stir fry that he said was equally as good, so a bit thanks to them for looking after us so well. We did not go in any of the pools on site as the water was a little cold in February but they did look nice.

All in all this was a fabulous apartment, great location, modern, clean and home from home. I would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends, and if we ever decide to have a break in winter and return I would book this without any hesitation.

The owner is brilliant. Booking was so easy and he always replied when I sent emails or messages to him (I think maybe I sent quite a lot) but all his information was a great help. Thank you so much Paul

AMAZİNG APARTMENT

Everything including 50 smart TV and Super Kıng size bed. Enormous super shower. Top quality terrace furniture. Must be best view on the Island. We have stayed in Monsenor over many years THIS IS THE BEST APARTMENT. Ever air con. We have booked for 2017. It gets very full so book early. Thank you Alex and Jana great restaurant and delivery service.
