Bredene is a renowned family seaside resort which is in a central location on the Belgian coast. It is only 20 km from the famous towns of Bruges and historical Damme
and the polderland villages of the Zwin area. The town, which dates from the Edwardian era, is in Belle Epoque style and is the proud owner of 11 km of fine beach sand, equivalent to 1/5 of the Belgian coast. The golf court of De Haan (18 Holes)
has an international reputation.

Linen
Sheets, duvet covers, table-cloths and towels are not provided.
Every bed is provided with a duvet. The use of sheets and duvet covers is obligatory. Please bring your own bed linen, kichen linen and towels. If you wish to rent they must be ordered beforehand and the costs are as follows:
Bed linen: 18,00 Euro/person (must be ordered beforehand)
Towels: 10,00 Euro/person (must be ordered beforehand)
Tea Towels: 5,00 Euro each (must be ordered beforehand)
Tenants found to have made use of the beds without using sheets or duvet covers will be required to pay for cleaning of the bedding.

Check-in
Check-in is done on arrangement during weekends, during week days, check-in is to be done after 8 PM. and check-out before 10 PM.
Deposit
Deposit - Damage
The Tenant is required to pay a damage deposit (€ 100, -) for the stay in the holiday house which is paid to VBRO. Any observed damage or loss of furnishings present in the holiday house are paid for with the deposit held by VBRO and the remainder of the deposit is repaid to the Tenant by VBRO.
Deposit - Water and electricity charges
An advance of 150 EUR should be paid to the house owner, in cash on arrival, for electricity and water charges. After the end of the stay in the holiday house the actual costs of water and electricity used is deducted from the advance and the balance returned to the client. For the repayment of the advance of expenses, the Tenant needs to provide his/her full address and bank account details (account number and IBAN and BIC code).

Other costs should be paid on arrival i.e. cleaning, environment, parking etc.
