Fantastic apartment with a wonderful location!
This is a fantastic apartment! Very close to bus stops and the Chancery Lane underground station. The apartment itself is very clean and beautifully equipped. The bathroom, in particular, was spacious and the shower extremely large! Ben and Yaz were very responsive to inquires before and during our stay. The building is very secure and the porter was extremely friendly. The neighborhood is busy with offices during the week, but on the weekend and at night it was surprisingly quiet given its central location. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in London!
Fantastic place to stay!
This is a wonderful rental. Great location on bus lines & near Chancery Lane station, also near many food markets, restaurants, other conveniences. The apartment is spacious, clean, well-equipped, private, BIG bathroom, quiet at night. Loved the building's security, and the elevator worked great for our son's wheelchair (that's not always true when we travel). Ben was very responsive to our emails before, during, and after our stay. I'm happy to recommend this rental. In the neighborhood, we enjoyed drinks and meals at the Argyle, and coffee and pastries at the Department of Coffee and Social Affairs, both friendly, reasonable, tasty, and a very quick walk from the apartment. And maybe even try a drawing class at the Sunny Art Centre, right downstairs--we did, and it was excellent.
All the positive reviews were right. This is a great location. The tube is almost at the doorstep, a bus stop across the street, dry cleaners 50 feet away, great patisserie in the next block, grocery store nearby, excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. Within walking distance to many tourist sites. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and well equipped with amenities. There's no street noise with the windows closed and the air conditioning is great. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends. And Yaz and Ben were extremely helpful with all requests. There's also a building manager in attendance weekdays.
Comfortable with good appliances. Surprisingly quiet and leafy neighborhood.
Yaz was helpful and responded quickly to my messages, both before and during our stay. We were delighted by the location and its easy access to many London sites.
The property was very well situated, within 2 minutes of Chancery Lane tube station, on Central Line. This was most convenient for getting anywhere within London.
The flat itself is fantastic, with all requirements for a comfortable stay. While giving on the street, it is very well soundproofed, so we had a very well lit flat without any noisy background.
The state of the flat and all the white goods was impeccable, everything very clean, and while very functional, it felt very comfortable. The sofa was definitely a must for relaxing in the evening, before going to a nice and comfortable bed !
The bathroom was also well organised and functional, and the shower was powerful enough to allow to relax the shoulders. The use of an additional shower line was also most useful for washing hairs. All linen were provided and in impeccable condition, overall of very good quality.
The owners/managers were most thoughtful, leaving a little book with information related to the flat and the neighbourhood, especially with information related to shops and nice restaurants nearby. They also provide adaptors. Most appreciated were the London map and Oyster cards.
Overall, the flat was thoroughly enjoyable, and if I could, I wish it could become my permanent pied-à-terre in London !
Convenient and clean, made for a great stay for my short business trip from California. Had everything I needed. Long bathtub and rain shower , as well as laundry, were a big plus. Holland & brooks store had great selection of vegan items and was just around the corner. Thanks also for the large fruit bowl
