Ground Floor:

• Front door opening into long hallway.

• Large living room with 2 x sofas and chairs, large bay window and open fire.

• ‘Snug’ style sitting room with small sofa, armchairs and TV.

• Newly refurbished country style kitchen with large fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

• Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

• Shower room with wash basin and WC.

First Floor:

• Spacious and bright double bedroom.

• Second double bedrnoom.

• Twin room with 2 x single beds and ample storage.

• Family bathroom with bath and hand-geld shower head, wash basin and WC.

Outside: Courtyard garden with bench and BBQ.

WiFi, linen and towels are all included in the rental price.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, subject to a £20 surcharge per dog.

*Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed, and are intended as guide prices. Short-breaks (3 or 4 nights) are charged at 75% of the full weekly rental. 5 to 7 nights will be the full weekly rental.
