About the property

Large Family Property With Sea Views and Very Close the Seafront.

This property is metres from the sea front and minutes from Withernsea town centre.

The property comprises of an entrance hall which leads to the double living room, breakfast room and spacious kitchen with sunroom to the rear on the ground floor. The stairway takes you to the 3 large bedrooms which comprise 1 double bedroom,1 king-size bedroom and 1 twin room. The bathroom has shower above the bath which is powered by the Gas central heating.

There is a small rear garden with seating and seaview. There is a free car park to the rear of the property with pedestrian access.

We also provide a travel cot, high chair and stair gate those with babies and small children.

The main shopping area, with lots of eateries, supermarkets is an easy 5 minute walk. Our home has a home from home feel and now we have WiFi. There is plenty to offer in around Withernsea. Shops, pubs, lighthouse museum, arcades, bowling, mini golf, leisure centre with swimming pool and slide. The Hut (children's indoor/outdoor centre). There is a golf course in Withernsea and Burswick too. For all your nature/ bird watchers you can visit Spurn Point. You could also visit Hornsea, Bridlington, Scarborough and Hull (The Deep sealife centre). The property is situated metres from the beach.

Withernsea hosts seasonal events too.

Good pets are welcomed, but there is a £25 surcharge applied which is not refundable.

All animals must be stated in booking and approved, otherwise refundable deposit could not be refunded.

Prices start from £65 per night, minimum stay of 2 nights.(Non peak weeks only).

Off peak week price from £325, Peak week from £425 + £100 damage refundable deposit on each stay is required.

Full amount must be paid before any stay,deposits given back when the property is checked and cleared.

I live in Nottinghamshire, and recently purchased the property with a view to retiring in the East Yorkshire area, although I have a few years before retirement, I fell in love with the place. The people are friendly, the town is well populated and a very good base for exploring the surrounding area.

I have spent a while renovating the property and was originally going to sell, but after walking the dog on the beach and generally finding a "good feeling" about being in the area, I'm here for the duration.

What makes this house unique

The property is large and spacious, Sea view to front and rear and a large free car park 25m away. Its great to sit in the back garden with a drink listening to the sea.

very good,well worth the price

arrived saturday morning,no set arrival time as other places can be,which is good,one of owners there to meet us,very friendly and her son was very helpful in telling us places to go especially where to eat(lifeboat chippy and cafe,briiliant food and cheapest we've ever had)

house bigger than we expected for price we paid and very clean and welcoming,garden was a bonus,beach about 30 seconds away and even better no roads to cross,house is in a quiet street so well away from all the noise its well equipped with everything you need,could maybe do with a dishwasher instead of a washer as would get used more,but apart from that nothing detrimental at all....glad it had wi-fi as weather was rubbish all week but we were'nt bored at all as amusements and loads of shops (lots of flea markets,mine and my husbands favourites)were just 5 mins walk away,the Deep in Hull only 30 mins away,Hornsea mere and freeport near also(dont recommend freeport its rubbish,expensive and not all its cracked up to be)skirlington carboot and market at skipsea well worth a visit...we recommend.this house to anyone looking for a good holiday within easy reach of great places to visit and plenty of parking either on the front or in the free carpark at the rear(accessed through the rear gate)which is safe,does'nt seem to be any crime there,all in all a very good holiday had by us all...

Wonderful home from home

My husband, daughter, son in law, 2 grand sons, our dog, and myself arrived on Friday afternoon, to glorious sunshine. Directions and instructions, given by the owner, were easy to follow and very helpful. The house was everything we expected and we were surprised at how well stocked it was, (down to tomato sauce, salt etc). The accommodation was spacious and comfortable and very well decorated. The proximity to the beach was amazing, (about 30 seconds walk), and the walks along the promenade were lovely. Restaurants and take aways were very close, within easy walking and we tried a variety of them, all good. There were also a couple of supermarkets within walking distance. We loved our stay here and will certainly be going back. Thank you to Mark for allowing us to stay in your lovely house.
