Los Flamingos Golf Club "La Cantina" has a lovely terrace overlooking the course, perfect for a relaxing meal or drink. Just a short walk away is Padierna Palace Complex which has 6 restaurants. There is also a Spa within the resort - 8 different Thermal Suites Indoor Pool Laconium Relaxation Room Beauty and Hairdressing Salon Gymnasium Treatment Rooms Families - Playground on complex aswell as swimming pools. Located nearby is Mundo Mania which has play areas for Toddlers (0-3) Children (3-12) and a Teen Zone. There is also a cafe & bar for adults.

Luxury is the word!! In a beautiful location...

We stayed at the apartment for 1 week in September, it was luxury! My favourite thing about this place is the views which we fell in love with! The balcony is huge with really comfy seating. We stayed in for dinner one night, having dinner on the balcony felt better then any view you would find at a restaurant! The apartment itself is spacious and very modern, with large bedrooms, modern well equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms with all you could need and more. With 2 parking spaces and a lift up to the apartment door, it couldn't be easier. I would definitely recommend getting a car to give you the flexibility to site-see. Ronda is a stunning city, just under and hours drive away but so worth a day trip. Benahavis town with plenty of choices in good restaurants is 5/10 minute drive away, it’s a quiet family town ideal for a relaxing evening. Alternatively Puerto Banus is only 5/10 minute drive away for a livelier evening, with the marina and plenty of restaurants/bars/clubs to choose from. Beaches are dotted around all over the place, the nearest is at the bottom of the hill, we drove but you could probably walk this, which would take approximately 15/20 mins. We loved it here, and will definitely be booking up again ASAP!

I rented this beautiful apartment for a week with my wife and 2 year old. Apologise for the novel I'm about to write, but I really liked this place! I lived on the coast for 12 years so I'm quite particular when it comes to where I stay.

Start with the location, the Villa Padierna estate, not only is it stunning but if you are looking for security, this is the place. Only way in and out is via manned security gates, we walked down the road to the 5* Villa Padierna hotel for a drink (you have to do this!) and they told us that the Obama's had stayed there. If its good enough for them...! The hotel is a 5 min walk but nearest restaurant, supermarket and bus stop are about 20-25mins walk. If you talk to the concierge at the gate he'll order you a taxi quick sharp. We had a car though and the apartment comes with underground parking, with a lift that goes up to the door of the apartment.

The apartment is stunning and you feel like it is brand new, clean and very high end. The balcony is huge and got the sun at about 2pm right through to when you see it set over the hills. Worth noting that on the other side of the apartment there is also a sun terrace with furniture etc. Air-con was perfect temp. The kitchen spec was great and we enjoyed the dining areas inside and on the balcony. Beds and bedrooms were very nice, they even had a guard rail in the wardrobe which we could put on the side of our sons bed!

The security and concierge are very friendly and the grounds, pools, kids pools, play area etc were great. I played golf on 2 of the 3 courses Flamingos and Alfreini, they were spot on. And you are situated very well for all of the golf courses on that side of Marbella.

All that is left to say is that we’re already looking at booking again for June 16.

what a view

we stayed here last week with our 18 month old son and had an amazing time. there are 2 pools 40cm deep right the way across so he could paddle away happily. the apartment was beautifully laid out with high end furnishings and the view... well it was just incredible. will be back here in march we hope
