luxury apartment set in beautiful immaculate landscaping with large glittering clean Blue pools

Stunning luxury apartment with the best kept landscaping and glittering clean blue pools I have ever seen. Beautiful apartment with all you could need and a highly efficient management service from Mark on call to resolve any issues you have. Could not have asked for more, we had a wonderful holiday and the complex and apartment quality was second to none, five stars from us. Thank you for a wonderful holiday we will be back.

Great property on a superb site

A lovely, spacious property with plenty of outside space with sun all day. The apartment is well equipped and has plenty of well maintained, modern living space. Particularly liked the main bedroom with a large en-suite and access to the terrace.

Los Molinos is an exceptionally well maintained site and the pool is to die for.

When we couldn't figure out how to switch the hot water on we texted Mark who arrived within a few minutes and everything was sorted. Very impressed with that kind of service.

Would highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely be returning in the near future..

Lovely apartment!

A pleasant stay in this spacious well appointed apartment, decent size bedrooms and a nice en suite as a bonus, very comfortable beds which makes a change on holiday!

Manager Mark very obliging, a few niggles very quickly put right, and he was always available which is good to know.

The only downside is its location, although its handily placed just outside the immediate town centre, it faces outwards from the complex on a main road and opposite a very busy and loud Dickens Bar.

Overall a comfortable and a pleasant stay in the apartment, but take your ear plugs!

Good property,excellent location & very affordable

Had an enjoyable 7 day stay at this well appointed property.Had a few minor issues which were sorted by Mark straight away. Not situated in the centre of town but this is easily reached with a lovely stroll along the promenade. Plenty of shops & bars on the doorstep. Would definitely book again.

Nice Location, good facilities

Overall a well maintained property in a very good location. Several very good restaurants and bars close to the property. Apartment is exactly as described with very good TV and wi-fi included, which was useful for the chilly evenings in December. Los Molinos is a very well maintained complex and although it is on the outskirts of Tequise, is only a 20/30 minute walk from the centre over reasonably even ground. A couple of good supermarkets close by also. 'The Mill' bar, onsite serves good value evening meals ans is good for breakfasts. Also worth a visit are 'Hollywood Bar' and 'Asian Wok' which does a superb all you can eat chinese buffet at only €12.95. The only downside is that the apartment faces the road, which is good for access, but 'Dickens Bar' opposite seams to have its own resident crooner who keeps going to the early hours which was a bit annoying, who knows what time they will stop in high season. Overall a good apartment which I would recommend.

Home from home

The apartment was ideal for us (my wife, our 15 year old daughter and myself). Spacious, clean and in an ideal location. The fact that it wasn't right in the middle of town was a plus point in that it wasn't too busy although the town centre is only a short walk away should you want this. The apartment has numerous good restaurants and bars within a 2 minute walk and these close earlier enough so they do not disturb you at night. The pool was very large clean and safe and the area around it was enough for everyone to relax. Would recommend this apartment should you want a relaxing holiday in the sun.
