3 Generations on site, all keen gardeners and passionate about Cornwall so pleased to help you find the best spots to enjoy your holiday and to see the Cornwall you want to visit.

Why The Owner chose Truro & Falmouth area

The Main property has been in our family since 1960, the annexe came into existence in 2004. We have lovely developed the garden into a beautiful horticultural paradise, while still respecting the mining heritage and wildlife of the area.

Very tranquil

We had a lovely time in the property. The hosts were very welcoming and advised on places to visit and guiding us out of the driveway (which was very narrow!) The gardens were amazing with lovely pathways around the garden for the children to explore.

A few bits in the property were tricky to work out - getting hot water in the shower, finding the switch for one set of lights but by the end of our stay we managed to sort these out. A small thing, I would say it would be useful for there to be more glasses provided as one of the glasses broke so we ended up with three glasses for 4 people throughout the week. A good holiday!

Spacious and cosy property, surrounded by fantastic mature gardens.

Fantastic find for a holiday home in an ideal location for exploring the surrounding areas. Friendly and welcoming family hosting, we recommend sampling the produce grown on the land. The property is supplied with everything needed for a family. We all had a fantastic break and would definitely return another year.

Ideal for families or a secluded get away for couples.

Beautiful location; relaxing stay

Charming hosts on site & extremely hospitable – especially Bryony the dog & Nelix the cat! Encouraging & brimming with local wisdom. Take full advantage of 11-year old's Christopher's produce grown on site; well worth it. Tapas at the Unicorn & meals at the Blue Bar down on the pleasing Porthtowan beach/cove recommended.

Das Haus steht in einem tollen mehrstufigen Garten, in dem man schön sitzen kann. Es ist einfach eingerichtet und nicht so sauber wie wir uns das gewünscht hätten. Die Vermieter wohnen mit Hund und Katze nebenan und sind sehr hilfsbereit.
