L'Ancienne Brasserie ('Old Brewery') is a tall, solid building on the northern edge of Uzès, a handsome and lively town in the provençal style, close to the more famous towns of Avignon, Arles and Nîmes.. Within walking distance of the centre of Uzès (less than half a kilometre), it is well-placed to enjoy everything this town has to offer, including the famous Saturday market at the Place aux Herbes, renowned not only for the local produce, but also for the beautiful cloths produced in the area.
