A pleasant stay

  • 4 of 5

thankfully a pet friendly accomodation with space and small garden area. Kitchen facilities very good. Large and spacious bathroom. Loved the possibility to walk out of the front door and straight onto woodland paths for walks with the dog. Quiet and peaceful, yet not far from towns and large supermarkets close by. Plenty of interesting visits to make. Shame the village pub is closed down. Owner provided helpful information as to nearby pubs etc.

The cottage was very well stocked with everything we needed.Set at the end of a lane it has a foot path that leads onto fields for dog walking. The down stairs room is equipt with a lovely kitchen, table and chairs. There is a television and a sofa.Upstairs is a nice double bedroom with plenty of storage. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom has a large shower and has all you need. The cottage has a enclosed small garden with a grasssed area to sit out in. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely perfect ideal cottage, loved being here

  • 5 of 5

Best accommodation I've ever stayed in. Clean gorgeous surroundings I was amazed & pleased throughout my stay. Everything you need, I came under sad circumstances as my Father is dying in Prospect Hospice. Peter the owner went extra mile to help, provided single bed for son. Obviously we didn't go to sight see but there's lots of things to do. Just being there is relaxing in itself. Highly recommend to anyone. I'll be back again under happier circumstances, kitchen equipped with everything you could wish for & more besides. Sitting out near the Apple tree in gorgeous little set back annexe in the grounds. Thankyou Peter Hart you've given my heart strength staying here. Words aren't enough to describe how lovely my stay was
