Perfect Apartment for our Southampton Stay

Location, Location....!! Our choice of apartments helped make our Southampton stay great.

The apartment was bright and sunny and set up perfectly to give my friend and I a lot of privacy.

We found a great Italian TAPAS type of restaurant just down the block. There were many great places to

choose from in the area.

Nan, the property manager was quite helpful and super responsive to our questions.

We would recommend this Southampton property !!

Unfortunately I only had 3 days in this luxurious apartment. What a treat. It has everything you could possibly want. The best views and location, great bars and restaurants on your doorstep. We went to Banana Wharf below in the Marina, great food prices and atmosphere. I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough, and Lisette the owner very easy to deal with.

I love the vibrancy of Ocean Village, The hustle and bustle of the Marina at night, with all the bars and restaurants within 3 min walk, And yet in the day the tranquillity of the area, relaxing on the balcony and watching the yachts come and go. The town centre, and West Quay shopping centre is a 5 min drive away with lots of parking. or a leisurely stroll past the dockyard and the old walls, down the QE2 Mile, will also take you there in 15/20 min. Note; All bars and restaurants close their doors at 10 PM, so there is no noise after this.

Southampton and surrounding areas are big on Sailing, there is a yacht club and school in the Marina. The New Forest, and all the amazing villages are simply stunning at any time of year with the dear and new forest ponies in abundance ambling around at all times. There are also stunning award winning beaches at High cliff, Bournemouth, and Muddyford. There are ample golf courses in the area, and also a very good coarse at the Southampton Municipal. The ferry to the Isle of Wight is within walking distance and well worth a visit, either go by foot where you can. Explore the quaint town of Cowes, or take the car and explore the whole island.Cowes Regatta in August is a must. Around the world challenge also leaves from Ocean Village. And the Boat show every September is world renowned.

Portsmouth is only 30 min drive away with all their ferris and historic dockyard, with HMS Victory HMS Warrior, D Day museum and much more.and the famouse shopping outlet and Spinnaker tower all at Gunwharf Quay.

I fell in love with Ocean Village, and my apartment because of the location of the apartment and the stunning views, I also like to cruise, and most cruise ships berth in Dock gate 4 where you can not only see the elegant ships, but I have often walked to board my ship from the apartment. 5/10 min. Having a 24 hour concierge at hand is also a big plus for me, and underground safe parking.
