Come and stay at No 4 The Sands, a brand new development located in the fantastic North Cornwall village of Polzeath. The property downstairs, has a large open plan living kitchen dinner, with log burner, opening out on to a sunny rear garden. There is also a separate TV room and a downstairs shower room, as well as an outside shower. Upstairs the property has four separate bedrooms, two doubles (1 ensuite), one twin and one bunk room and a family bathroom.

Polzeath beach is one of the finest surfing beaches in the U.K. tucked just inside the Camel Estuary, with the combination of Atlantic swells and a gradually shelving sandy beach making for ideal conditions for improving your surfing skills at every level from novice to advanced.

Beth and Andrew Cumming have been providing self catering holiday accommodation since 2008, when they purchased "Seasalt" in Charlestown, Cornwall (Ownersdirect property E2346). The are now delighted to have added "No 4 The Sands" in Polzeath, Cornwall to their business.

We pride ourselves on attention to detail, to provide our guest with a wonderful experience on their break.

This newly built beautifully designed contemporary property is situated within walking distance of Polzeath & Daymer Bay. The stylish interior has been finished to exacting standards with large flexible living areas extending out onto a decked terrace and landscaped garden and four bedrooms on the first floor. The contemporary log burner in the living room together with the under floor heating throughout the ground floor ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere perfect for any time of the year. There is an outside shower to hose down after a day's surfing or sandcastle building! Large surf board storage box to the rear of the house.

Very modern and tidy. Perfect place to stay.

Great long weekend surfing. The house was exactly what we needed and just 10 minutes walk down the hill.

Coming home is an uphill climb but not too far.

There's a few pubs with sky sports and a couple of restaurants.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

We bought our own towels as that was the only thing not provided.

Totally recommend this house for a stay at polzeath.

Super Family Holiday Cottage

Had a wonderful week at the house, was very spacious, there was 6 adults and 1 child, and there was more than enough room for us all.

The house is beautifully equipped and everything is thought about.

The beach is walking distance, which we did nearly everyday and what a fab beach it was 😊🏄🏼🏄🏼‍♀️🌊☀️

We also managed a walk to Rock to catch the ferry to Padstow, that was a fabulous day.

All in all a gorgeous house and Andrew made sure everything was sorted for us.

Lovely modern house. Very comfortable and in an ideal location for a beach holiday.

This house is ideal for those wishing to visit the fabulous beach at Polzeath and for exploring north Cornwall. It is within easy walking distance of the beach although uphill on the way home! We are a family of four but this house has plenty of room to sleep eight, plus a sofa bed for two more. A bright modern house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house has a drive to park on which is a bonus in Cornwall and a garden with seating and area to wash out and dry wet suits. Would definitely recommend.

We had another fantastic stay at 4, The Sands this year.

It was a delight to return to the property, having been one of the first guests last year. The whole family felt very at home and it made a great base for all our activities in the Polzeath area and a lovely place to return to after a hard day of outdoor activity. We were all very sad to leave and are longing to return.

quality stay

arrived early and the house was all prepared for us . Spotlessly clean and immaculately turned out.

House furnishings are excellent. and ideal for our stay. Space is very good and garden fine. Front appearance first class. Location ideal and wlth good WIFI reception

Parking on front of house ideal for 1 car but a second becomes a challenge.

Would recommend for family up to 6

An award winning beach near Wadebridge that attracts a multitude of surfers due to its easily accessible location and long slow breaking consistent waves.

For something less competitive Polzeath's little sister beach, New Polzeath to the right of the bay, is the favoured location for swimming away from surfboards.
