Beautiful 2 Bed Apartment. Stunning location and views. Wifi and all mod cons.

Sea View is a tastefully decorated and beautifully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, modern apartment with sea views and access to a private beach. It is 15 minutes walk from pubs, cafes and restaurants. There is easy access to walks, water sports and golf. It is accessible by public transport and about a mile from 2 major supermarkets. Despite this, the location is peaceful and rural. It is located in a block with an elevator, enabling easy access for elderly or disabled clients. The apartment is strictly non smoking. It is not suitable for babies and young children because of the balconies and consequent safety concerns. Well behaved older children are welcome however. There is a golf course nearby and National Cycle Routes 2&3 are easily reached.

The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are the most well known of numerous attractions and places to visit within a short drive, or in many cases a bus/train or even a bike ride! This is Poldark country at its' best. Poldark fans will recognise locations from the programme.

Facilities include: parking, garage, Internet, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, 2 king size beds, or a king size and 2 singles, 2 bathrooms, TV/DVD. The main attraction is the location. Private beach, sea views and rural quiet within easy access of all amenities.

I am a nurse married to a doctor and have 2 adult daughters. We have purchased Sea View with a view to using it as a holiday getaway and, in due course, for relaxation in retirement. Sea View really is a lovely apartment in a beautiful location. It is rural and quiet but within easy reach of all amenities even if you do not have a car. We both enjoy the seaside, the countryside, walks and socialising. Sea View ticks all the boxes for us and hopefully for you too

Lovely flat, amenities and private beach!

We found the flat to be in a great location, and a short walk to the nearest town where we found lots of places to eat and a lovely coastal walk.

Every morning and every evening we went down to the private beach, where we were practically the only ones there. So had the whole beach to ourselves.

The flat itself is super convenient, offered a well equipped kitchen and lovely soft towels, DVD, Netflix and lovely clean showers/ bathrooms. The detailed folder containing all instructions was clear and coherent. And the views from the living room and balconies was amazing.

A huge Asda is located 3 min away by car which was very convenient.

Definitely recommending the flat and would love to stay again here next time we're in Cornwall.

Amazing apartment!

We had a great week's stay at this apartment in May 2018. Helped by some gorgeous weather, this apartment was just perfect. Everything was clean, modern and well equipped, and having such a stunning private beach just a very short walk down the hill was unbelievable!

We also enjoyed the walks along the coastal path to Charlestown (where we ate at the excellent "The Pier") and the other way to Porthpean.

This was also a perfect base for us to explore all of Cornwall, going down as far as Lands' End, Sennen Cove & Porthcurno, and also cycling the Camel Trail from Wadebridge to Padstow and Bodmin.

All in all, a wonderful week's holiday which was made even better by the quality of the accommodation. Thanks Jean! :)

Spring Vacation

Excellent property, well maintained and equipped. Stunning location, although one needs to be reasonably fit to get the most from the immediate area. On a personal note - we failed to take toiletries such as soap, shower gel etc, as one gets used to having these provided in Hotel stays.

As we had not done self catering for awhile I did not think of this. Maybe a reminder with the fnal briefing might be a good idea. If we visit Cornwall again we would certainly be booking this property; even the neighbours were friendly.

Modern apartment in very convenient location

Very clean, well decorated and with all the necessary. equipment. 2 good sized double bedrooms with 2 modern bathrooms with good fluffy towels.

Excellent lift to the apartment. Garage available - although probably only useful for a small car. Partly to its size but also because it is partly used bin and other storage.

It was easy to contact the owners by text, email or 'phone with any query.

Wifi worked fine; mobile 'phone reasonable but possibly only on the balcony.

Owner's Response: Many thanks for your review. I do agree that some mobile networks are patchy and you do sometimes have to stand on the balcony for good reception. It is very network dependant. Guests are welcome to use the garage and to rearrange the bins if needed. Our large car, a Jaguar XF, fits with room to spare.

Comfort all the year round

We stayed 6 days. All the rooms were as large as we could have wanted, and in immaculate condition. Beds perfectly comfortable, and each bedroom with a bathroom. Heating and hot water always on, which is useful in January. Well furnished and equipped with high quality crockery, appliances, etc. Good cooking facilities. Unimpeded views over the sea from a choice of 2 balconies. And only a mile from Charleston or St Austell.

So we found it a good base and had a very comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Sea View is a gorgeous modern apartment around 200m from a beautiful rural private beach. It has 2 balconies both of which have views across St Austell Bay and local woodland. The apartment was completed in 2014, is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. It is within easy walking distance of Charlestown and belies its' rural location by being 5 minutes by car, or 10 minutes by bicycle from the local hub of St Austell. You really do get the best of both worlds!

It has comfortable accommodation for 4 with either 2 king size beds or 1 king size and 2 singles. All modern conveniences are included. Internet, quality flat screen TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a full range of kitchen appliances are in the apartment.

Local attractions are too numerous to mention but both The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within 15 minutes by car and accessible by public transport or even bicycle for the fit and adventurous. There is a bus stop 100metres from the apartment with weekday hourly buses to St Austell and onwards from there.

We are ideally located for countryside and coastal walks, water sports and golf. We are also very close to national cycle routes 2 & 3.

The apartment is not set up for young children, and is strictly non-smoking.

It has a lift for the less able but is in a fairly hilly area. There is allocated parking and a garage for storage of larger items such as bicycles, surfboards etc.

The apartment has been refurnished, upgraded and re-equipped. It was redecorated in March 2016.
