Beautiful Sea View Apartment With Private Beach Access. Close to All Amenities.

Sea View is a tastefully decorated and beautifully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, modern apartment with sea views and access to a private beach. It is 15 minutes walk from pubs, cafes and restaurants. There is easy access to walks, water sports and golf. It is accessible by public transport and about a mile from a major supermarket. Despite this, the location is peaceful and rural. It is located in a block with an elevator, enabling easy access for elderly or disabled clients. The apartment is strictly non smoking. It is not suitable for babies and young children because of the balconies and consequent safety concerns. Well behaved older children are welcome however. There is a golf course nearby and National Cycle Routes 2&3 are easily reached.

The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are the most well known of numerous attractions and places to visit within a short drive, or in many cases a bus/train or even a bike ride! This is Poldark country at its' best. Poldark fans will recognise locations from the programme.

Facilities include: parking, garage for storage, Internet, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, 2 king size beds, or a king size and 2 singles, 2 bathrooms, TV/DVD. The main attraction is the location. Private beach, sea views and rural quiet within easy access of all amenities.

A pleasurable experience, every way.

We had the pleasure of staying in this apartment during late June. And after spending time exploring the many pleasures of Cornwall, whether delightful Charlestown or the private beach, both nearby or elsewhere, it was always a pleasure to avail ourselves of the lift to be whisked up to the peace and tranquility of this comfortable apartment.

We particularly enjoyed balcony sitting, both early morning and late evening and finding the main TV was 'smart' was a welcome discovery.

Jean was very responsive and informative and a pleasure to deal with.

Home from home with a spectacular view!, 100% recommended

We stayed in this apartment during May half term and smugly enjoyed the only good weather in the uk! 😜 The apartment was clean, well equipped nicely furnished with the main attraction for me, the bi-folding doors that open all the way onto the balcony with a spectacular view of the sea. There is a pathway down to a security gate onto a private beach which is a pebble cove and stunning. As its private it's no over crowded either.

As a base to explore Cornwall it has excellent road links to all parts.

All dealings for booking were simple and trouble free, communication was excellent throughout.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in this gorgeous part of the country.

Modern, spacious, well equipped appartment

Lovely new appartment, spacious and very well equipped. Clean and comfortable. Path to private beach - excellent for swimming, digging (sand castles), rock pooling and fishing. Easy walk along the coastal path to Charlestown for excellent restaurants and even better ice cream. We loved it and would definitely go back

Fantastic, cannot recommend highly enough!

Absolutely immaculate accommodation, a real home-from-home! Beautifully kitted out with everything you could possibly need for a break away and more than comfortably accommodated 4 adults. Stunning views from both the balconies, I could lay on my bed and look out to sea! Wonderful to have a short private pathway to the lovely quiet beach. We had a fabulous week and would love to return. Great, friendly communication from the owners made the booking process easy. If I could give it 6 stars I would!

Sea View really is a lovely apartment in a beautiful location. It is rural and quiet but within easy reach of all amenities even if you do not have a car. We both enjoy the seaside, the countryside, walks and socialising. Sea View ticks all the boxes for us and hopefully for you too

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Newquay at 20 Miles Nearest Barpub : Charlestown at 0.75 Miles Nearest Golf : Porthpean at 0.7 Miles Nearest Train : St Austell at 1.5 Miles Nearest Restaurant : Charlestown at 0.75 Miles Nearest Beach : Duporth at 200 Metres Car: not necessary

Sea View is a gorgeous modern apartment around 200m from a beautiful rural private beach. It has 2 balconies both of which have views across St Austell Bay and local woodland. The apartment was completed in 2014, is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. It is within easy walking distance of Charlestown and belies its' rural location by being 5 minutes by car, or 10 minutes by bicycle from the local hub of St Austell. You really do get the best of both worlds!

It has comfortable accommodation for 4 with either 2 king size beds or 1 king size and 2 singles. All modern conveniences are included. Internet, quality flat screen TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a full range of kitchen appliances are in the apartment.

Local attractions are too numerous to mention but both The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within 15 minutes by car and accessible by public transport or even bicycle for the fit and adventurous. There is a bus stop 100metres from the apartment with weekday hourly buses to St Austell and onwards from there.

We are ideally located for countryside and coastal walks, water sports and golf. We are also very close to national cycle routes 2 & 3.

The apartment is not set up for young children, and is strictly non-smoking.

It has a lift for the less able but is in a fairly hilly area. There is allocated parking and a garage for storage of larger items such as bicycles, surfboards etc.

The apartment has been refurnished, upgraded and re-equipped. It was redecorated in March 2016.
