Beautiful 2 Bed Apartment. Stunning location and views. Wifi and all mod cons.

Sea View is a tastefully decorated and beautifully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, modern apartment with sea views and access to a private beach. It is 15 minutes walk from pubs, cafes and restaurants. There is easy access to walks, water sports and golf. It is accessible by public transport and about a mile from 2 major supermarkets. Despite this, the location is peaceful and rural. It is located in a block with an elevator, enabling easy access for elderly or disabled clients. The apartment is strictly non smoking. It is not suitable for babies and young children because of the balconies and consequent safety concerns. Well behaved older children are welcome however. There is a golf course nearby and National Cycle Routes 2&3 are easily reached.

The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are the most well known of numerous attractions and places to visit within a short drive, or in many cases a bus/train or even a bike ride! This is Poldark country at its' best. Poldark fans will recognise locations from the programme.

Facilities include: parking, garage, Internet, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, 2 king size beds, or a king size and 2 singles, 2 bathrooms, TV/DVD. The main attraction is the location. Private beach, sea views and rural quiet within easy access of all amenities.

I am a nurse married to a doctor and have 2 adult daughters. We have purchased Sea View with a view to using it as a holiday getaway and, in due course, for relaxation in retirement. Sea View really is a lovely apartment in a beautiful location. It is rural and quiet but within easy reach of all amenities even if you do not have a car. We both enjoy the seaside, the countryside, walks and socialising. Sea View ticks all the boxes for us and hopefully for you too

What makes this apartment unique

All mod cons, beautiful location and so accessible for so many things. Holiday homes don't come much better!

Lovely apartment with sea view

Exceptionally spacious apartment with a south facing balcony, situated in a quiet residential area close to Charlestown. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. The bus to Fowey leaves from the nearby bus stop and a separate service serving both Fowey and Mevagissey goes from the church in Charlestown, both of which allow for linear walks along the SW coastal path.

ideal location for Eden Project

We had a lovely time here and were delighted with the apartment. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable with sea views and balcony to enjoy our breakfast. The lift was a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. Clean bed linen and soft bath towels. Had our own parking space and access to a private beach - lovely

Excellently situated for walking the coast path from Looe to Falmouth, which we've done over 2 holidays whilst staying here. A very restful, comfortable, clean and well equipped place for any sort of holiday along this coast.

Excellent apartment

The apartment is spacious,clean, well equipped and in a fabulous location - path down to the beach (swimming, searching the rock pools, fishing) and 15 minutes walk from Charlestown with excellent restaurants. Also easy access to the Cornish coastal path for a more challenging walk and only a few minutes drive to supermarkets. All in all, everything you might need is close at hand

Excellent accommodation, with a view to die for - complete with your own beach!

We were extremely impressed with this apartment, everything was to a very high standard. Most amazing views across the channel. Well situated to walk into Charlestown, which has a great choice of places to eat.

Sea View is a gorgeous modern apartment around 200m from a beautiful rural private beach. It has 2 balconies both of which have views across St Austell Bay and local woodland. The apartment was completed in 2014, is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. It is within easy walking distance of Charlestown and belies its' rural location by being 5 minutes by car, or 10 minutes by bicycle from the local hub of St Austell. You really do get the best of both worlds!

It has comfortable accommodation for 4 with either 2 king size beds or 1 king size and 2 singles. All modern conveniences are included. Internet, quality flat screen TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a full range of kitchen appliances are in the apartment.

Local attractions are too numerous to mention but both The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within 15 minutes by car and accessible by public transport or even bicycle for the fit and adventurous. There is a bus stop 100metres from the apartment with weekday hourly buses to St Austell and onwards from there.

We are ideally located for countryside and coastal walks, water sports and golf. We are also very close to national cycle routes 2 & 3.

The apartment is not set up for young children, and is strictly non-smoking.

It has a lift for the less able but is in a fairly hilly area. There is allocated parking and a garage for storage of larger items such as bicycles, surfboards etc.

The apartment has been refurnished, upgraded and re-equipped. It was redecorated in March 2016.
