Beautiful 2 Bed Apartment. Stunning location and views. Wifi and all mod cons.

Sea View is a tastefully decorated and beautifully equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, modern apartment with sea views and access to a private beach. It is 15 minutes walk from pubs, cafes and restaurants. There is easy access to walks, water sports and golf. It is accessible by public transport and about a mile from 2 major supermarkets. Despite this, the location is peaceful and rural. It is located in a block with an elevator, enabling easy access for elderly or disabled clients. The apartment is strictly non smoking. It is not suitable for babies and young children because of the balconies and consequent safety concerns. Well behaved older children are welcome however. There is a golf course nearby and National Cycle Routes 2&3 are easily reached.

The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are the most well known of numerous attractions and places to visit within a short drive, or in many cases a bus/train or even a bike ride! This is Poldark country at its' best. Poldark fans will recognise locations from the programme.

Facilities include: parking, garage, Internet, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, 2 king size beds, or a king size and 2 singles, 2 bathrooms, TV/DVD. The main attraction is the location. Private beach, sea views and rural quiet within easy access of all amenities.

Sea View really is a lovely apartment in a beautiful location. It is rural and quiet but within easy reach of all amenities even if you do not have a car. We both enjoy the seaside, the countryside, walks and socialising. Sea View ticks all the boxes for us and hopefully for you too

Lovely apartment in a great location

Very well appointed apartment. A short headland walk to Charlestown's historic port where there are great bars and restaurants.

We found it a great base for exploring different areas of Cornwall and we plan to return.

Splendid apartment

Good location convenient for walking a good stretch of the coast path. Very clean and well appointed. Nice views and (but for the rain) we would have enjoyed sitting out more often on the 2 balconies.

Only point for improvement - spare down pillows plus pillow cases, as only 1 pillow per person provided (the other 3 pillows didn't have pillow cases as 2nd room not made up). In all other respects a perfect place to stay.

Superb apartment!

The modern apartment was perfect for us, very comfortable, clean and well equipped.

The views from the bedroom and living room are beautiful.

The location is ideal for exploring by car or on foot. We didn't use the bus, but there is a regular bus service just a short walk from the apartment.

There is a lift as well as stairs to the apartment, just right after a busy day out!

We would like to return!

A great apartment with private beach. Well equipped and very clean and tidy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Easy to travel to most places in Cornwall. We would highly recommend a stay there. Great communication with owners.

Sea View is a gorgeous modern apartment around 200m from a beautiful rural private beach. It has 2 balconies both of which have views across St Austell Bay and local woodland. The apartment was completed in 2014, is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. It is within easy walking distance of Charlestown and belies its' rural location by being 5 minutes by car, or 10 minutes by bicycle from the local hub of St Austell. You really do get the best of both worlds!

It has comfortable accommodation for 4 with either 2 king size beds or 1 king size and 2 singles. All modern conveniences are included. Internet, quality flat screen TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a full range of kitchen appliances are in the apartment.

Local attractions are too numerous to mention but both The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are within 15 minutes by car and accessible by public transport or even bicycle for the fit and adventurous. There is a bus stop 100metres from the apartment with weekday hourly buses to St Austell and onwards from there.

We are ideally located for countryside and coastal walks, water sports and golf. We are also very close to national cycle routes 2 & 3.

The apartment is not set up for young children, and is strictly non-smoking.

It has a lift for the less able but is in a fairly hilly area. There is allocated parking and a garage for storage of larger items such as bicycles, surfboards etc.

The apartment has been refurnished, upgraded and re-equipped. It was redecorated in March 2016.
