Casa Isla is a two bedroom, two bathroom luxury Villa available for Holiday Rental in the Los Pocillos area of Puerto Del Carmen on the beautiful Island of Lanzarote.

This typical Canarian style villa has its own private swimming pool and is conveniently located in a relaxing setting within a five minute walk of the beach, shops and restaurants.

The villa is comfortably furnished and very well equipped.

Entertainment is provided by FREE WiFi, Internet TV with Movies and Sports. Blu-Ray / DVD player, CD Player and Ipod dock. Outside there is an open sun terrace, pool side shower, patio furniture, sun loungers and a BBQ. This villa is an excellent choice when looking for a quiet setting whilst remaining close to the resort centre.

Fabulous Villa in lovely location

Had 3 fabulous weeks at Casa Isla. Lovely villa in an excellent location – close to the beach, the ‘strip’ and the Spar shop (a 5 minute walk). Shopping is easy with the amazing top of the range shopping trolley!

The villa is very tastefully decorated, the wet room is fantastic and the view from the balcony is lovely – especially at night.

The villa has everything anyone is likely to need in the spacious kitchen and the washing machine in the annex is great.

Spent many happy hours on the lilo in the pool.

Fraser (the pool man) and Angela who managed the villa were great and very helpful.

Have already booked for next year as I know this villa will be popular. Counting down the days already!

Lovely Villa in great location

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Isla. Excellent communications from owners Steve and Sam who were accommodating with our early entry to villa. The villa was spotlessly clean and all the facilities you would want. The pool is shallow but perfect for cooling off or floating around on a lilo and nicely heated too. The upstairs balcony is a perfect place to sit in the shade with a cold drink at the end of the day. We were impressed with the recent refurbishments in particular the downstairs bathroom/wet room with the superb shower.

The location of the villa was great as its only 2 streets from the main strip and no hills to climb which is a bonus. There are so many good restaurants to name but I would recommend breakfast at Cafe La Ola watching the waves crash into the beach.

I would have no hesitation in booking this villa again and plan to do so next year.

perfect place for a relaxing holiday

The villa was everything we hoped for, clean, tidy, fully equipped with everything you might need and very well maintained. Everything was to a high standard. The location is ideal, just a 2 min stroll down the road to the main drag full of bars, shops, restaurants and supermarket yet tucked enough away that it was quiet and peaceful to relax by the pool without disturbances. The upper floor terrace area was perfect for breakfast alfresco and enjoying the sea views.

This house was perfect for us - spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything you would need, excellent outside space with pool and lounging/seating, sea view from the upstairs terrace and in a great position just back from the main strip and near the beaches, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. All communications with Steve were answered promptly and instructions/information regarding the villa and area were clear, concise and helpful – all made for a very nice relaxing holiday.

A home from home with better weather. Brilliant.

Casa Isla was everything we wanted. A well maintained property in every way. Very close to the seafront where you had a great choice of restaurants. A large Spar supermarket catering to any grocery needs on the corner of Avenida de Italia. My wife and I are now retired and wanted to experience winter living abroad and our 2 weeks in Casa Isla was so good we will spending our winters abroad. This property is definitely on our list as is Lanzarote. We were last in Lanzarote 25 years ago and the changes to the island are amazing - a transformation. A fantastic 2 weeks in a beautiful villa. Wow. Stunning Villa in perfect location

Had a brilliant stay at this villa. We wanted for nothing. It is better equipped than most people's houses and impeccably maintained. The location is brilliant, close enough to everything but far enough away for a relaxing holiday.

From the Owner

The villa is excellently situated far enough back from the front to be very quiet, yet close enough to be only a 5 minute walk from the nearest supermarket, bars, restaurants and beach. It's an fantastic location!

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Arrecife at 5 Kilometres Nearest Ferry : Arrecife Port at 6 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Los Pocillos at 300 Metres Car: not necessary

The villa is located in a quiet area of the Puerto Del Carmen resort. With a great selection of bars and restaurants just a short walk away.

There are sandy beaches within a 5 minute walk and various excellent tourist attractions including the active volcano Timanfaya in the islands National Park.

The northwest of the island is home to the Green Caves where you can explore the cave structure beneath the island with a local tour guide.

Continue north to take in view from the mirador at the very northern tip, a spectacular view of the island of Graciosa is your reward.

The east coast has amazing lava fields and more spectacular scenery.

There are great opportunities for cycling, sailing, golfing etc etc.

Or you could just lie by the private pool all day and enjoy one of the islands great restaurants at night!
